They responded immediately to my first inquiry and scheduled the job within three weeks. They also designed a workable payment plan for me when my insurance company could only give me a very small payment.

Triumph Roofing is a professional company that does quality work.

The technology that Triumph Roofing and Construction has is really good. A lot of people can go up on the roof and tell you what they saw, but the fact that they can go up on the roof with the camera and pull up the video on the laptop is a really big thing for me. I could see everything he could see.

Triumph Roofing and Construction did what they said they would do on time. My new gutters look great. We had a 2.5" rain shortly after the install and there was not water ponding on the property. Looking forward to evaluating their function in the spring after several big rains.

Never. Triumph didn’t do the job correctly the first time and didn’t even want to do a final inspection of their work. Just suggested I skip the final inspection (for my convience) and leave the check under the mat. I’m glad I noticed the error. To add insult to injury they left materials on the side of my house for a week. They really should have had the crew take it with them or someone come pick them up considering knowing that my final inspection was a week after the work was done. I’m tired of people from Triumph telling me “This isn’t how we do business”. The first impression is ruined and this experience is the only thing I can tell people about. Yes they did correct the majority of the issues but I’m glad I noticed them in the first place because no one from Triumph would have.

Everybody was very thorough during the inspection of our existing roof, very helpful in working with our insurance company, very explanatory regarding the process and schedule, and overall very honest and friendly. The job was completed in a timely manner and the crew made a very good effort to clean everything up. Everybody I worked with was extremely helpful and communicative. It was very obvious that their goals were centered around customer service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Triumph Roofing & Construction.

Chris was wonderful to work with and he set us at ease with the process from the very beginning. His presentation of why Triumph Roofing is different from all the rest was very compelling, and after all is said and done, I will always highly recommend Triumph to friends and family! Heath, the jobsite supervisor, was also a joy to work with, as was Victoria in the office who handled all the insurance company communications. Overall, I am more than pleased with the outcome.

New roof, new gutters, painted exterior of home, and stained fence and wood shutters. It was nice to get all these addressed by one company. Triumph was extremely organized and the project moved like clockwork.

Triumph was quality throughout the process! I was surprised to learn they helped with not only my roof replacement, but the insurance negotiation, my fence/gutters/gargage door, and painting reparis too! Then they helped walk my through the insurance payments, repair costs, and my net out of pocket. I recieved about $24k in repairs with less than $4k out of pocket.

Excellent work and friendly people! Highly recommend.
