They responded immediately to my first inquiry and scheduled the job within three weeks. The technology that Triumph Roofing and Construction has is really good. A lot of people can go up on the roof and tell you what they saw, but the fact that they can go up on the roof with the camera and pull up the video on the laptop is a really big thing for me. I could see everything he could see.

Triumph Roofing and Construction did what they said they would do on time. My new gutters look great. We had a 2.5" rain shortly after the install and there was not water ponding on the property. Looking forward to evaluating their function in the spring after several big rains.

Never. Triumph didn’t do the job correctly the first time and didn’t even want to do a final inspection of their work. Just suggested I skip the final inspection (for my convience) and leave the check under the mat. I’m glad I noticed the error. To add insult to injury they left materials on the side of my house for a week. They really should have had the crew take it with them or someone come pick them up considering knowing that my final inspection was a week after the work was done. I’m tired of people from Triumph telling me “This isn’t how we do business”. The first impression is ruined and this experience is the only thing I can tell people about. Yes they did correct the majority of the issues but I’m glad I noticed them in the first place because no one from Triumph would have.

Chris was wonderful to work with and he set us at ease with the process from the very beginning. New roof, new gutters, painted exterior of home, and stained fence and wood shutters. It was nice to get all these addressed by one company. Triumph was extremely organized and the project moved like clockwork.

Triumph was quality throughout the process! I was surprised to learn they helped with not only my roof replacement, but the insurance negotiation, my fence/gutters/gargage door, and painting reparis too! Then they helped walk my through the insurance payments, repair costs, and my net out of pocket. I recieved about $24k in repairs with less than $4k out of pocket.

The original contact person, Toney, turn out to be a scam artist for both me and triumph roofing. When they found out they gave me a new roof at no additional charge and agreed to repair any damage done by the first crew that turned out not to be their crew. They are a honest and dependable company that was caught up in a bad situation. would do business again.

They did good work on the roof. But they have serious staffing issues. They ask for supplements way later than they should and they've asked for more and more each time they asked for their supplement to be paid. I wpudlnt recommend this company

Triumph Roofing was very professional during the process of getting our new roof. Tim Addison was our project manager, and he was very detail oriented. The roofing crew they sent out was one of the best I have seen. They cleaned up as they went, and I never noticed any roofing material debris in our yard. They used quality Owen's Corning Duration shingles, and we made sure it complied with our HOA requirements. We haven't had any leaks or issues since they installed our new roof.

I was referred to this place by my insurance broker to get a hail damaged roof replaced. It turned out to be an utter nightmare for me. They came days earlier than we had scheduled, and just sat outside my house because I told them they had the wrong day. 25 people sitting in my front yard like I had ruined their day, so after 45 minutes if this, I reluctantly let them start the job. They punctured a water line and flooded my bathroom, then denied it and gave me the run around for 5 months before finally sending a poorly skilled person to my house to fix the issues. My bathroom is worse now than with the water damage. Upon completion, the crew left two pallets of materials in my driveway, blocking my garage, for 4-5 days. Contacting this place to get help is miserable. No one answers the phone 90% of the time. My overall experience was so bad that even my insurance broker was calling and emailing them to get assistance, to no avail. I would not refer anyone I know or love to use this company.

The workers were professional and completed the job on time

Work was done within the timeframe promised. They were not able to finish in one day, but they did an extra nail sweep for nails in the backyard before leaving so we could let the dog out.

Chris was sent in to clean up the mess which I appreciated. I did stay on his case but he was not the one that was responsible that is the owner. Had it not been for Chris I am not sure the work would have ever been done. He was the third person assigned to my claim.
