When it comes to major purchases such as a new roof, I will spend many hours before hand researching my options. In this case, after a week's worth of initial on-line research, I narrowed my choices to 4 roofing companies, all of which had very high ratings, all 4 visited my roof, and I received a quote from each company. While the price is an important factor, I also weighed in other things that you can't put a price on such as the overall vibe, aka a sense of integrity. Tyler and the other folks at TSM instilled a sense of confidence. Factors that instilled confidence: Tyler's patience in answering my questions, depth of industry & product line knowledge, and the company's prompt yet personal touch responses.
