The work was very good. The field crew did the residing in a short amount of time and worked through some very hot temperatures. I was very impressed with their work, the field foreman always took the time to answer any questions I had, and their clean up was very thorough

Quality: Workmanship/Materials/Crew - AGain, I would like to reiterate how impressed I was with the field crew - they started the week before Labor Day weekend and finished early the following week, including working some days that were VERY hot. Their clean up was excellent.

They were professional and courteous in their work and there was no upsell that you typically get with service organizations in this business. The house looks great, a very noticeable and dramatic improvement. PM was always responsive and professional and was willing to fix and address any issues we had as soon as he could (he did the fixes himself). I know there are a lot of supply chain and worker availability issues to deal with that make it hard to predict a schedule. I felt like sales could have been more upfront about that.In the end I'm glad we chose Twin Cities Siding Prof and I am glad we did the project. I would have liked more notice as to what the schedule was, but I got the impression it was too hard to predict. The work, attention to detail and overall quality was outstanding, just took a long time. (4 months start to finish for a 1200 sq ft house, the actual install time was a couple of weeks)

They executed the re-siding of our house with the utmost concern for our vision and for maintaining a safe environment during the process. Lead Source - My sons worked for Terry several years ago, and I knew he was someone I could trust to give me honest answers and advice. He also helped me choose new windows a few years ago and met all expectations and more. Trust and conscientiousness are very important, and I know that I can rely on Terry and his staff for them. Jeff was a great project director, too.

They provided us with many examples of their work, and specifically identified previous projects that had the same materials/colors/style we were exploring so we could really envision what our finished product would look like. They always responded promptly to our questions, and the crew worked tirelessly to finish our siding in a timely and professional manner. We love how everything turned out and we had neighbors stopping by constantly to comment on how beautiful our house looked.
