Quality Of Materials

Quality Of Materials - It wasn't the color that matched what I requested. I don't think it was Ultimate Roofing that did my job. I know for a fact that it wasn't Ultimate Roofing. They might have subcontracted it out. It was two white vans with 5–6 immigrants, and no labels on any vehicle. I trusted my restoration company. I am happy with the work, and it was done well and quickly. The clean-up was fantastic. It wasn't the color of shingle that I wanted. The project manager at Macfawn was crooked and was fired soon after my job. It was for price gouging. His name was Chris Oneal. I think there was fraud involved. I had a hole in my roof, and at that point I didn't care what color the shingles were. Furthermore, I was paying out of pocket because I wasn't being reimbursed by my homeowners' insurance. They did a fanatic job, even though it's not the color I wanted. The team did a fantastic job.

I had a leak and called several roofers, but no one could come out. Ultimate Roofing dropped what they were doing, and came out and patched my leak. They assessed the roof before the next big rainstorm. They did a great job.

The entire experience was excellent. Discussing what was needed and what was available was an easy process. The person doing up our contract answered all our questions and was very knowledgable. The work crew were very efficient and the whole job was done in 1 day. They did a superb job cleaning up debris as the job progressed and when completely finished, all debris was removed like they were never even here.

The company did a good job. All the other company I called, they are the ultimate best, and I trust.
