Priced the same as a few other places, but get more for your money with them. Better warranty included for the price and upgraded materials at no extra cost. Was planning on adding exhaust ducts for two bathrooms and they installed the exhaust vents at no extra cost. Kept me informed and up to date on the whole process. Professional, courteous, and on time. Made a project I was dreading a great experience.

Overall great experience. The team was extremely professional from top to bottom and the job was done well. Entire roof re-shingled and most of the decking replaced but all done within one day, including cleanup. Other than unavoidable noise during the job, there was no disturbance to anything or anyone in the home during the process. I highly recommend Ultimate Roofing.

Ultimate Roofing provides excellent customer service from the original quote through to installation and any follow up. I had the roof to my house and shed replaced in April 2023. Ultimate also installed a new cupola on my shed a week later. Shane is incredibly knowledge and great to deal with. After I contracted with Ultimate but prior to install a had an issue with a leak. Shane came over to look at it and sealed the space to protect my ceiling until the replacement job was scheduled at no extra charge. Ultimate’s price was reasonable for the work and product provided and very competitive with other quotes. On the day of install the crew arrived on time and worked hard all day. I was incredibly impressed with the clean up process which was very thorough and respectful of my property. The craftsmanship and quality of the work is excellent. I’m very happy with the experience and outcome!

It was a great experience choosing Ultimate Roofing . They were very Professional and showed a Human side which was very easy to communicate . Which I feel is a plus for Ultimate Roofing . Ultimate did a fantastic job. I was here to see the whole installation through and they installed the products properly and went above and beyond for me.

The installation team worked like a well-oiled machine from start to finish. It was obviously well-managed and trained.

I would not recommend Ultimate Roofing when there are plenty of other roofing companies in the area. They were great until after I signed a contract with them. I booked a date a month in advance and then was told the week of that the date was up in air, although the weather was great. Also within booking and the date of installation I had asked a question and it went unanswered. I did not know they were coming on the scheduled day until the day before when I asked. I was also charged for an extra piece of plywood but could not be told where it was used on the roof. Also was not charged for the extended warranty as arranged upon when signing the contract. If I had not asked-I would've thought I had the extended warranty and not have. Also I had to go out of my way to inquire about it and drop off the additional payment. Also two months later I am still finding nails around my property.
