I had very bad experiences with u company. I m 81 yrs old. U people told me I would have 2 remove my Venetian blinds& re install them. I received multiple emails. U company made a pleasant experience into a high stress experience.

Communication and updates non existing. I had to keep calling in to find out what was going on. Promised call backs that never happened. Many emails in the beginning. None thru install or mistakes. Don't really understand why.

I ordered my windows in February of this year , received windows the end of April with a broken window at delivery , it’s July 10th and still haven’t received the replacement of it . Is that good customer service ??

Dimitri was installer…his mannerism was rude & workmanship sloppy. He worked on another apartment in my bldg & she had same experience with him. I would definitely NOT recommend Unified to anyone….and I will post my experience online

3 vinyl replacement windows - easy start to finish, excellent quality windows, professional installers are efficient, neat, polite. Quick delivery.

Ordered 8 windows and 4 screens for previously installed windows. Two windows arrived broken, it’s 2 months and still do not have the replacements, caulking was done by the C team. Two of the screens were done upside down and have to be redone but now “they don’t make them anymore!” Workers trying to force screens in damaged previous caulk job.

This was my first experience with Unified. The sales department clearly explained about the garage door and opener that I was purchasing. I was not pressured nor did I feel intimidated. The technicians were very professional & took the time to explain to me what they did & how everything worked. Thank you Unified - yes i would recommend you to a friend without hesitation.

I am legit impressed by Unified and the doors they installed. From start to finish everyone I interacted with was prompt and courteous. They were transparent and accurate about order lead times, and they showed up when they said they would. The door install was fast, clean, and high quality. When they discovered a tiny little dent in one of the doors that happen in transport from the factory, they installed the door and (without any prompting from me) immediately ordered a replacement for me, which they installed perfectly a few weeks later. The doors they sell (HSI steel) are awesome. A HUGE step up from cheap Home Depot / Lowes doors. Really solid, open and close smoothly. Great insulation. Secure steel frame. My auto smart lock (which they moved to the new door for me) works every time (on the old door it would jam occasionally due to warping of the crappy old door). I highly recommend Unified. I didn't know them before I called on one of their local newspaper ads. They exceeded expectations. Totally worth it. Thanks!

A window was installed with a defective weight, so the window gets hung up when you raise it. The installer left without saying anything and I just happened to notice it when trying the windows. The door installer was still working and when I notified customer service he was asked to check it out. He found the problem and took photos and notified customer service. I also had a damaged window screen. Customer service called me back and made an appointment to have a service tech come over. He was very good, fixed the screen and fixed another problem with the outside molding around a window that popped out. But as to the main problem, he said a special tool was needed to fix the weight, (why he didn't have it I don't know since the service department knew the problem), and some one would have to come back with the tool. It's been one week and I haven't heard anything from Unified yet.

Incorrect screen doors were ordered and delivered. Problem was resolved easily and had to wait a month for the correct doors (they were custom size). Installer arrives with correct door. Yes, door. Only one, not two. Luckily, the other door had been built, just not put on the truck that morning. So I'm waiting another week for installation. I'm in a co-op, which means I have to notify my super and neighbors every time there's work done and I'm delayed getting back my (rather large) security deposit.

Never contacted about when work would begin. Kept calling and getting different answers no follow up!!
