I called about a dark spot in the shower. They asked if it was there when they put the base of the shower down, and said to use some Soft and Scrub. I was calling to see if they had an answer for what I could do. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody now.

They arrived on schedule, and the installers were excellent. What we discovered with Home Solutions is that the people they send to you are just interested in windows. You get whatever that person's area of expertise is. They don't usually send a jack of all trades. They were neat, courteous, and professional.

I've had to call Unique Home Solutions out twice to go over some of their work that was not done properly.

The guy who came out here was on time, came and got the job done, did not leave a mess, and was very professional.

The installation went fine however, I have already had to call the service department twice about issues for the windows. Each time their service department shows up to address the issue, a piece of the window is broken and needs replaced. For the amount of money, I spent for the windows I would assume they are durable. The sales team will tell you that you can get an energy credit for the windows on your taxes. That is false since the energy credit was stopped in 2016. I also gave reviews on three separate sites for gift cards. I still have yet to receive those. All in all, the windows are not worth the money. I've not seen a bit of saving on my energy bill. All I got out of this was expensive windows and a bunch of calls to the service department.

After being in our home 22yrs living with cheap vinyl windows that were leaky and the seals busted we decided to have them replaced. After seeing the Unique triple paned windows and seeing the lifetime transferable warrantee we decided to pull the trigger. We really didn't think it would make a whole lot of difference just some; however when the temps dipped below freezing and the furnace was not running nonstop as it had in the past we new for sure we'd made the right choice. Great folks to deal with and installers were top notch!! Do yourself a favor and just go right to the best skip the rest.

When they sent out some people, they were not very professional. I wouldn't want them (the guys who came out first) in my house. They wore big earrings in their ears, they weren't professional, just walked in and didn't remove their shoes or ask what they needed to do.

I liked everything about the job. I felt that they may have over sold the work that they would be doing. They tried to convince me of things that did not need to be done. I like the windows and I thought that they did a good job installing. The install needs to be more in line with what the salesperson says.

They were great on everything they did! They were on time, did everything very neatly, and everything fit with what they did, it looks fine. We love it.

Their warranty is really good. All of the other projects they have done for me have been good, efficient, and quick.
