One of the biggest concerns and issues is who they use as subcontractors and the fact they don't stay on top of the subcontractors to keep the project on schedule. We were told they would have our house completed by July 4th and moved in on Aug 1st with it unfinished because we had to move out of our rental house and couldn't stay in a hotel for weeks on end. As of 11/18 we still have things not done.
