Since its inception by co founders William Barr and Michael Strmac in 2002, Universal Windows Direct has lived by the philosophy of CANEI - "Constant and Never Ending Improvement". This philosophy holds true in all aspects of our business, from sales and marketing to installation and service and has catapulted UWD from a small, local home improvement company to one of the largest exterior remodeling companies in the country. The only problem I had that there was a defect in my picture window. They are going to get it replaced hopefully in a timely matter it just seems like quite a hassle to rip out this window and put a new one in, but I guess it is what it is. I’ll let you know how I feel as soon as the replacement window is installed properly and the window does not have any defects.
