Wait untill windows are in longer
Great service cleaned their mess up when finished and left like they were never there very pleased
The way they work, the way they look, and the Great Job the installers did putting them in, plus the way they made sure we were Pleased.
Does not keep appointments, slow response to customer calls, slow to schedule repairs to damaged frames
Added a service charge for “lifetime warranty” very frustrating to spend that amount of money and expect one thing only to be told another when we needed to uses our warranty
Unfortunately, I don't feel we have had good customer service. I am still waiting on a reply and was told within 48 hours. We are missing a screen, that YOUR company took and have not replaced!
Universal Windows Direct went well above and beyond our expectations. From the salesman, to the measurer, to the scheduler to the installers.
Air leaking around the windows
The salesman was so nice and loved him. The installer left trash and product in the rooms; which were my two daughters rooms. One is only 3 so I’m glad I found it before she did.the guy who came to check to make sure the windows were installed right didn’t call before coming. Wasn’t even home; pulled in and saw the van there. He was there no more than 10 minutes and didn’t really seemed concerned about my concerns regarding the windows.

Salesperson Professionalism - Very professional and was on time even with bad weather
I would not recommend Universal Windows Direct to my worst enemy. The salesperson they sent to our home was terrible, rude, and would not leave our house. After his presentation he wanted us to sign a contract right then. We told him we needed to talk about it first and then he started getting irate, saying that this was the best and there was no need to talk about it. I ask him to leave and he refused to go and started arguing with me because we wouldn't sign the contract. I had to pick up his sample window and set it outside our front door, to which he told me not to touch his stuff. He still wouldn't leave so I had to call the office and told him my next call would be the police. He finally left when I started to call the police. A few days later we got a call from Universal Windows Direct asking how our appointment went, it was obvious that whoever we talked to when we tried to get him to leave said nothing to anyone about this. We had to explain all of this again to her and she apologized.

Universal windows company is a great company and I will continue to use them and recommend to anyone that needs windows. I’m a big fan!!
The window has both sound proofing and insulation, replaced the whole frame. Perfect!

Everyone from the salesperson, to the tech who took final measurements to the installer was professional and kind.
We have only had the windows for 2 weeks but we definitely love them. I am trusting that if we do experience any problems in the future we can call and will be taken care of . I will be recommending this company.
Customer service communication is not good. We ask for a phone call to let us know when technicians are on the way so we can be prepared and never get one. Poor to no communication when servicedate needs to be changed on Universal's end
