It is an easy company to deal with. They have fair pricing, reasonable people, and good quality work and materials.

We purchased 8 windows to replace 10 of our windows. The product seems to be good. We haven't had any issues so far this winter and we will have had our windows for a year this coming May. The crew was professional. The only thing we weren't too keen on was the fact that they were walking with shoes on over parts of our carpet. We will probably return to UWD to replace the rest of our windows sometime this year.

I'd recommend them to anybody to do windows for them. They did an outstanding job, were professional, and anytime I had any problem, all I had to do was call.

Recognized Excellence - The head one, the one who came out and did the job, provided exceptional service. Don was awesome, too! I wouldn't have gotten the windows if he hadn't sat down and taken the time to show us about the windows. He was really good. Anytime we had any questions about the windows he didn't hesitate to answer.
