Despite my questioning the fit of 3 of the 5 windows at original installation, the tech insisted they were correct. Multiple calls to follow up resulted in having to repeat my issues multiple times to different reps. First resolve was to replace one window set entirely and reset 2 other windows. A cracked pane of glass was replaced in a 4th window. Reluctance by Universal Windows rep to replace half screen with originally ordered full screen ended up costing me an additional $40 and weeks of delay. Many weeks turned into several months before latest fix (replacement of insulation cord, again, on window that was fully replaced) was made (Jan 17).

Our sales representative Tony Ayoubi was very knowledgeable and helped us picking out which windows would be good and energy efficient for us. He always answered questions when we had them. Always replied when I emailed texted, or called.

Salesman Robert W. LIED about 90% of the information he presented and applied pressure that I succumbed to. He should either be retrained or let go.

I really don't know. You have great "lip service" but I can't say that you have exceeded my expectations.

They installed a new sliding glass door 2-3 years ago so we had them install the remainder of the windows in our house. The installer did a great job with the installation, arrived on time and cleaned up everything necessary before he left. We can tell the difference because our house is staying cooler in the heat we are experiencing and we will stay warmer when cold weather arrives!

The window is awesome for what I needed it for! The whole process was easy, the people were great that handled it! I would definitely recommend this company 😊

The language barrier was a bit difficult, due to the questions I asked I didn’t quite fully understand his answer. The installer and his crew did a good job. After acing customer service, I got a technician that was above and beyond service to the customer. When he arrived at my house, he was very informative about windows, and how they worked, explained in detail why my question I had asked, he answered to my approval for future Suggestions to Universal Windows when a client purchases windows the stickers should come off when they are installed not after you have to complain and have somebody come back out and do that for you. Elderly people do not need to be on stepstools or ladders to remove stickers in the future .

Did 1/2 of house last year and rest this year. Quality financing great.
