Mike and Donny completed our install and were super clean and efficient. We were told our windows would take about 8-10 weeks to come in and they actually came in around 2 weeks.

Delivery was faster than anticipated

From the purchase to thru the installation was very easy.

They came in time. Were quick and detailed with installation

Innumerable small defects (gaps/bubbles/tears in caulk, improperly sized/tensioned/built screens, oil discharge from multiple panels, etc)

Communication was not clear at the beginning of the project. We have 20 windows and the sent one person and told us three days which came up from 2 days.

Everything went as expected at a fair price, I checked with three other window companies and yours was the best deal.

Bait and switch. Was promised $1250 end of year certificate and $50 Amazon gift card. I confirmed that this was on top of my locked in price since I had 2 projects done within last year and was ready to do final phase. She confirmed twice on phone and scheduled for person to take measurements. I drove 3 hours to be there. Then the cert amount in your system was only $750. When associate called to correct, they would not honor what I was quoted AND removed the $750 and Amazon card. DISAPPOINTED. Just DO WHAT YOU PROMISED.

The installers left the metal trimmings from my front window installation in my front yard. Left without finishing the clean up. I have pictures if interested

Was told Saturday install could be scheduled then when windows came in we were told no Saturday installs. After 2 weeks of multiple calls from different people finally a Saturday was scheduled. We were also told if the windows were not install soon we would be charged a storage fee, Not verry customer friendly.
