Was a good experience and I was treated fairly as far as cosy

Overall a terrible experience. My 6-8 week job ended up taking 4 and half months. Multiple appointments for 2 windows to be installed.

Very good experience

Installation was good. We has an issue with a window. It took 3 trips to get it right. Disappointed in the product. Thought the windows would keep our home warmer.

Joey and his team did an excellent job on our installation. They installed 19 windows in one cold and rainy day. They worked so well together and adjusted their process on the fly when the rain started. They were very conscious of our home and made every effort to prevent any issues. We didn’t have any! They kept us informed of their process thru out the day and at the end, they walked us around each window for an inspection insuring we were satisfied wish I could have this crew on all of my projects!

I will NEVER recommend UWD. Horrible customer service. My project is still unfinished. Ariana in the Bedford Ohio office provided no solution to our issue and was rude.

Quality Of Workmanship - everything looks wonderful.

One window appears slightly melted (still functional) one cracked already and has been replaced. After replacement, the window supports are bowing.

I did not have a good experience with the sales rep or when my windows were installed.

From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. Jason and the installation team was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing—even with our old metal windows that were built right into the masonry. I was impressed with how cleanly and skillfully they handled the tricky job. Jeff, our salesman, was also great—no pressure, just helpful and honest, and he got us a great deal. The windows came in quicker than expected, and the finished product looks fantastic. I couldn’t be happier!

Not upfront regarding your warranty!

Everyone thinks my door look different from the rest of my neighbors.

Windows installation team was messy and did not clean up after themselves. Damage to siding took over 6 months to repair.

The window was installed on April 9, 2024. The work was not completed until February 2025! It's funny that I received a phone call from your company the week of February 10, 2025, wanting to set an appointment for a quote for our window. The request is over 1 year old!

I have recommended to a friend already
