I did not have a good experience with the sales rep or when my windows were installed.

From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. Jason and the installation team was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing—even with our old metal windows that were built right into the masonry. I was impressed with how cleanly and skillfully they handled the tricky job. Jeff, our salesman, was also great—no pressure, just helpful and honest, and he got us a great deal. The windows came in quicker than expected, and the finished product looks fantastic. I couldn’t be happier!

Everyone thinks my door look different from the rest of my neighbors.

Windows installation team was messy and did not clean up after themselves. Damage to siding took over 6 months to repair.

The window was installed on April 9, 2024. The work was not completed until February 2025! It's funny that I received a phone call from your company the week of February 10, 2025, wanting to set an appointment for a quote for our window. The request is over 1 year old!

The whole process from order to install was easy and every employee was very professional and pleasant

I would not recommend Universal Windows Direct to a Friend. I had issues after installation which took close to two months to somewhat resolve as no one could give answers/solutions to the problem. Trim color was not correct and was stated that it would be the same as it was previously prior to the new windows being installed, which was not the case and got many mixed information from Ariana. After almost 2 months someone came out to paint the trim on our large window which is close to 20 feet high- the painter was given zero details from Ariana stating the height and did not have the correct tools (no fault to the painter as he could have been given better details on the porject). Luckly my husband was home and the extremly nice painter found a solution using something we had at our home.

The installers were quick, professional, friendly n did a great job on the install and cleaning up after themselves.

I initially had an issue because I was not allowed to make an estimate appointment without my domestic partner there, even though that person only rented a room out of the house that I own. However, after speaking with someone else, I had a much better experience.
