I initially, after contacting US Aluminum Services, went and looked at what sort of rating they had and they had a very high rating. I realized it wasn't all about pricing, but about the quality of work I would be paying for. I went with US Aluminum Services and they have exceeded, or met, all of my expectations. I am extremely happy with the finished product. We had a punch list and they got to work on completing it immediately. If you want a job done right, use US Aluminum Services. I would use this company again and again, and recommend them to all of my friends.

Christ Saul was terrific but there were problems with keeping a schedule and communicating with me on a timeline. When a projected date was made, the size and color of pavers weren't available which was puzzling since the contract was signed 11/7/18 but work not completed until 3/8/19. Quality is good but I would feel compelled to share these points with someone asking for recommendation. Two pavers have holes and shouldn't have been used so I am hoping US Aluminum will replace them.

I just bought a new house. I needed a screen in my back porch. It was a small simple project. I called three other companies, I got either no response or laughed off the phone because of the size of the job. I came across US Aluminum. They came in the cheapest out of any of the other companies that I got a quote from. They were out here the next day. Chris came out and showed me everything and was confident in his products. He gave me dates and was very good and specific at communicating the expectation about when I can expect things. Moving to the permit phase: The in-office secretary managing it was very persistent and proactive with my community property management. I really appreciated US Aluminum taking a proactive ensuring to get the permit. The permit came through and they were out the next week and got the job done. The installation crew was nice, pretty quick and have been really enjoying the screened in porch ever since. They did a really good job in terms of there communication. Communication is the key and they really hit the mark on that. They delivered a really good product before schedule.

They have good workmanship and I am happy with the final service. I am happy I no longer have water leaking.

They handled everything from start to finish. The only issue I had was that I specified that I wanted the concrete work done a certain way and it wasn't as expressed to me in our negotiations

Their workers were very knowledgable, polite, attentive. The office staff, I don't know why they bother to got to work. They don't return calls on time or when they say they will. That was my biggest peeve, that people don't show up when they say they will. The only one that was efficient on his time was the salesman.

US Aluminum Services did a great job installing our lanai screen. The staff took care of permits and HOA approval; very easy to work with. Very satisfied, would recommend them to neighbors and friends.

lack of communication ,they did not follow through in timely manner ,I had to do the follow ups my self to make sure they got the job right they had to do the same job more than 3 times to get it right .it was a very bad experience so far i would not recommend them or do any business with them plus every time I called always i had to leave a voicemail no one will answer the phone .Jason need more coaching how to handle customer issues and learn to listen to customer not just hear the customer and call back the customer in tamely manner . and I am still waiting on him to email me my last receipt for my last payment he promised me it will take him 5 min that was on the last Friday today is Tuesday .this is the real example of thing that I had to deal with ,Communication , promises that they can`t deliver .

I was looking to get my Lanai screened in and had conversations with several companies prior to meeting Chris from US Aluminum. I explained what I wanted to do in the future and he was very helpful in pointing out some things to look out for and what not to do that could cost me money. I was so impressed with the timeline, service and work performed that I am having them come back to screen in my front porch.

We were absolutely thrilled to have US Aluminum do, both our birdcage and the enclosing of a front porch area. Having seen the work they had done on the birdcage, they were the first ones we called to do the porch, and we have recommended them to others. They also really excelled at communicating with us. They called to give us a new date for completion of our project (both times ahead of the original date), they called when they had to make a schedule change, when they were on their way, and with follow up satisfaction calls. They are probably the BEST vendor communicators out there. Couldn't be MORE satisfied!
