We know many people who have had bathroom remodels that took months. They had promises of a quick remodel; however, workers wouldn't show up for days at a time or materials weren't on time, and their demolition had already started with no access to bathroom use.
We knew exactly what was happening every step of the way and everyone did their job as it was described. Everyone was very accomodating and efficient. We also liked that the central office kept checking in to keep us up-to-date of time schedules and to be sure all was going well. We have already told friends of the great work that was done.

Mark, the sales rep and Kelly, the installer were professional, personable, and demonstrated a great sense of caring.

We weren't going to remodel the bathroom, but I injured my back. We got the shower put in, and I love it. It's great. The young man that installed it, worked hard for two full days. He did not take a break, and I had to force him to get some water.

I was going to cancel my order for a conversion of tub to shower because of shower base being defective when received at their shop a few times. When the next day they said the had 1 available. install was started /complete. contacted office for levelness of base which is a FEW inches higher on wall side and COUPLE inches on door side, center is level. they explained that is how their bases are made, making an uneven base with HIGH
POTENTIAL for slipping on uneven base. I don't believe this is a good base other than to get my order complete. Replacement for even base with no charge

The job came out well but I can't honestly recommend USA Bath because of the lead time on getting anything started. I signed the contract in March and the job was completed at the end of August. Add to that the terms from USA Bath were 50% of the total job cost up front. Meant giving USA Bath $6,000 then waiting five months before anything happened.

For the relatively high price and the job not being done correctly in the first place, it is a bit difficult to refer a friend. I think paying as much as I did for a shower remodel, I would have expected better workmanship and for the job to be done right the first time. Instead somebody has to come back to redo the caulking and re-attach the tub spout that came off the wall the first time the water was turned on to the tub. I'd be a little embarrassed to demand that kind of money and offer that kind of workmanship. Especially taking the extra day it took to accomplish. Was supposed to be done in two days, but instead took three.

We put an order in March, and they didn't do the work until last week! It's been six months.

After the installation, the customer service was lacking. I have a problem, but I'm not able to get in touch with anyone.

Highly recommend! The installation crew (Vince) was professional, courteous, concerned with safety, skilled, on time, tidy and had great communication! We had a spa tub to shower conversion. The installation crew encountered some challenges. Vince consulted with another excellent member of the team (sorry I just can’t recall the name) and a solution was found quickly. The change order charge was totally reasonable and in accordance with the contract terms. The finished product is exactly what we had hoped for and more. We are 100% satisfied!

After signing the contract, we had been talking to a few friends about the price and they were all shocked. That's what I get for not getting other quotes.

We have been having health problems, and Bath Planet was very contentious of this, worked around it, and were very helpful.

The work done looks very nice, however, I guess I hadn't different expectations. No fault of my representatives.
