Installation Crew Punctuality - Nick, our installer was exceptional kept us informed about all the construction that was going on in our Bathrooms very friendly, hard worker great customer service

We had 2 showers and toilets replaced this month and are very pleased with the results. The installer was polite and did an excellent job. Our project was completed on time. We had a miscommunication regarding the trim in one of our showers that would have resulted in a price increase that we decided not to do. Took a star off for that.

USA Bath - Home of Bath Planet in Sacramento did a fantastic job!

I loved the service and my new bathrooms are beautiful! However, they are a little expensive, we spent more than we expected to.

Installer and quality of product are first class!!

If anyone were to ask me I would definitely recommend USA Bath.

We are really pleased with USA Bath - Home of Bath Planet in Sacramento. What my wife and I received from USA Bath - Home of Bath Planet in Sacramento was not what we were expecting. It was much, much more! They especially surprised us with their customer care. Their was a small flaw in our bathroom, and they did not hesitate to address it. The only way to fix the flaw was to rip out the entire bath and redo it. They did not hesitate. They had the materials there within a few weeks and had the job completed. We are very pleased with USA Bath - Home of Bath Planet in Sacramento and what went on.

There is a long delay in getting an instal date. But once you have an install date they are prompt. They also complete the project in a timely and expedient manner, without sacrificing quality.

Once all the parts were available, (I had to call a few times, though for updates) they put me on their schedule and the job was completed in that time frame. Only 4 stars as I had to do the follow up multiple times. They exceeded the time frame mentioned in my contract, due to supply delays and running over into holidays. However, they were all very helpful.

It was very easy to schedule, the work was done quickly and there was no downtime for me.

USA Bath did exactly what was agreed; the quality of the product was good; and the installer was polite, tidy, and cleaned up after himself. He demonstrated everything until I understood it.

They were really backed up with appointments. After being able to look around because we needed to get it done due to the existing shower being moldy, I found someone that I could get it cheaper from, so I wanted a refund, but they wouldn't let me, so I was kind of forced to go with the company.
