I am still having issues with the work that USA Restoration Pros did.

The fence gate had to be hung twice. First time was crooked. Lots of hassle to communicate with workers who only spoke Spanish. Boss was hard to reach. No show on days scheduled.

I am giving four stars only because he did not know where the water problem was coming from. I am not saying that is his fault, but the house was in Houston and I am in Austin, so he was my eyes. I told him my neighbor, who went to the house, saw it was coming from the water softener, but he was saying that it was from the water heater. I cannot give it five stars just because he was unsure of where the issue was coming from.
