Ryan Dickerson was a pleasure to work with. USA Roof Masters helped us contend successfully with our homeowner's insurance carrier to get the entire roof replaced after much wind/storm damage. The job was done quickly and efficiently with a high degree of cleanliness. The workers found 6 sheets of plywood needing to be replaced which was also submitted to our carrier. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to answer any questions that I had. Their responses were always accurate when in need.

They handled most of the problems with my insurance and the hail damage and resolved them efficiently.

They were very professional, polite, organized, and they followed up. The foramen called me a week later to make sure I was satisfied with everything.

Very smooth no issues they took care of everything. The work is great and high quality. Matt Harker was excellent to work with and had no problems getting in touch with them with any questions.

So we had a roof leak out of the blue after a hail storm and we called them up as they were one of the highest rated on Google reviews in our area and were local and had a free inspection. Matt Harker came out and helped inspect the roof looked at the damage and gave us an honest assessment of the damage and the remedies. We apparently had a lot of hail damage from the storm and it wasn't even like made up he showed up pictures drew circles so we called out insurance company (Metlife) The insurance company sent their adjuster and got the whole thing cleaned up real quick.

Then Matt and his team took over from there. They explained every step of the process helped explain what the differ parts do and then we got to pick the color. Install day came they were here early and finished in 8 hours took care of moving things out of the way and put everything back (better then they even found it) and the results are fantastic. He has been in constant communication making sure we are happy the whole time I feel like I can contact him any time and get a good response.

I have no complaints to be honest. They use excellent materials (Highest rated shingles by Consumer Reports in fact I looked that up on my own they didn't even advertise that) great workers who do everything carefully and properly and responsive service. With a nice long warranty to boot (We are getting the 50 year warranty)

During two storms less than a month apart my roof sustained significant damage. After dealing with two separate roofing companies I met Phil DeGregorio from USA Roof Masters who left a brochure. At that time I didn’t realize that roofer #2 had no plans to take on the project and basically just disappeared so in hindsight I was glad I kept Phil’s brochure. From the first call I made to Phil, I received nothing but the most professional service, usually unheard of from not only a roofing company but from most contractors. He explained their program in full detail and told me his office would be in touch with a start  date. As promised I was called within the next day or two and in spite of a few delays in scheduling which were weather related, his team showed up early on a Saturday morning and not only completed the job beautifully, but cleaned up so that everything was immaculate. They even went out of their way to replace an outdoor spotlight bulb that was mounted on the 2nd floor exterior wall. Once complete, Phil stayed in contact with my insurance company and made sure I was copied on all emails.
This is the second roof I’ve had replaced in 30 years and I would wholeheartedly recommend USA Roof Masters to anyone who may be looking to replace theirs.
