I had two picture windows and a casement window installed by USI All-purpose Windows and Doors last year, and this year I found one of the picture windows leaking inside during a storm. I was disappointed in that. But luckily USI All-purpose Windows and Doors were scheduled to install two more small windows in the basement in less than a week, so I had them take a look at the leaking picture window while they were here. It turns out that when that window was installed last year, the installer forgot to caulk the top of the window. The installers who took a look at it this year were able to diagnose and caulk it quickly, and it hasn't leaked since. I'm glad they were able to see what was amiss, but I'm disappointed there was a problem in the first place.

We are disappointed with the communication with our sales rep. He ordered the wrong color for our oak sliding doors. The third party had the color available. The sales rep never responded to my call regarding this issue. No one from the company called to apologize or accommodate this issue.
