Pease see my lengthy email to Rob and Lisa Greaves on 2/28. In summary – the salesman was unethical and dishonest, and if I could have cancelled the contract and gotten back the $13,500 I had paid up front, prior to the work starting, I would have. The positives: your installers Ace and Donald, and your gas line contractor Art were all fantastic to work with. Very good communicators, super professional, and they absolutely get 5 stars plus. The project did get finished (over 5 weeks after the completion date promised by your salesman), and all seems to be working fine.
Excellent process from start to finish. Very pleased with the finished deck.
Problem was not resolved communication was inconsistent and then everyone just disappeared
Both my first and second Rock Electric primary electrician was knowledgeable, capable, and easy to work with.
Timberline Patio Covers did a really good job!
Mario and the crew did a fantastic job with design and construction of our deck. Brian and his crew were fantastic subs who listened to our every request and asked us all the right questions.
I have already recommended Masterdecks to many of my neighbors. They are professional, very personable, easy to work with and commited to their work. I am very satisfied with the end result.
Aaron was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician, who had great suggestions as well as immediate answers to our electrical issues with a heated floor. Aaron and Angel also did a great job "filling out" their allotted time with us (the first time we had hired the company) to help on other electrical issues around the house and yard. It was a very good experience. I will definitely hire them again.
Excellent work! Next time I will certainly use Rock; they are dependable!
Great work
Very Organized and friendly team.
I recommend them highly!
Great work that passed inspection first time. Exceptional communication and very professional.
Kyle Bannister and his team did a fantastic job from demolition, rebuilding and waterproofing deck, rail and gutters. And Kyle's recommendations were right on: installing facial railing mounts/gutter instead of surface mounts; special flashing for transition from roof to deck; providing flexibility in allowing no cost scheduling adjustments to meet our work/family activities.
Special mention goes out to: Erick Spicer and Spencer Puckett hard work in remediating the complex wood rot areas; Cristian Rosas, mighty fine work on installing the railing with the special triangular magnetic gate for access to the adjacent roof; and we thank goodness for Jet Garcia scheduling, payments, and responding to our many questions.
They were very professional.
I would (and have) recommend TPC based on the excellent craftsmanship, communication and professionalism. However I would include the caveat that the cost seemed to be very high.
The electricians were all professional, knowledgeable & highly skilled.
They were confident in their work which gave me peace of mind so I would recommend them to anyone.
Work was done in a day and they made sure everything was labeled and worked before they left and explained everything they were doing so that I understood. Left the site clean after they were finished.
We had a great experience with Masterdeck, LLC. Starting with the design and permit process through the construction phase and finish phase they strived to make sure the porch and stairs had great esthetics as well as excellent construction. They are great communicators.
They inspected the surroundings. They selected the best design. They installed it correctly. They did a very good job. My wife and I were impressed.
Very professional
Absolutely
Timberline Patio Covers LLC PCF is a construction company group that preforms with high standards five star workmanship. They have the ability to start and finish the complete project with the umbrella of connections they are accompanied with and communication with one another as a team. I highly recommend them to do any project that is challenging and high quality of standard. They will go above and beyond your expectations with renderings, all permits and making sure you are completely satisfied with their work.
Though it was spendier than we would have liked, the quality of the work was really great and our deck looks fantastic. We particularly look forward to using our outdoor space in the colder/wetter months with the addition of our heater and undercover system.
Our experience working with Timberline Patio Covers was TOP-NOTCH from start to finish and we would 100% recommend them! We've been planning for this covered space for quite a long time and choosing the right builder was so very important. I know there are many people behind the scenes keeping things running, but I want to give a shout out to Mario, who managed our project. He's no-nonsense, easy to communicate with, and we had TOTAL confidence in him running our project.
When it comes down to the actual build and having crew on your property day after day, there's no one we would want other than Jack and Jeremiah! Both of them are friendly and respectful, incredibly hard workers, talented at what they do, and just a pleasure to work with. They were always here when they said they would be and were very gracious with me and all of my questions. :) The whole process was fascinating and I enjoyed knowing what they were doing and watching it come together- and they were so kind to share with me. If you choose Timberline for your project, I hope you're lucky enough to work with them!
Lastly, I want to mention Timberline's use of their on-line portal for communication. At first I thought it was going to be cumbersome, but it was brilliant. We've worked with OTHER contractors who either don't communicate or don't follow through and that makes it incredibly difficult to follow along with your project or even get responses on queries. With Timberline's portal, every question was answered, every day's accomplishments were noted, and the timeline was clear- and because of that, we never felt out-of-the-loop.
Thanks for building us this incredible new space, Timberline, and for doing it with class!
On time and very professional installation. Top quality materials.
The first time I used your company the employee was great, and total worth every penny.
This second time I had placed a large deposit. And they came out and were there less than a half an hour, and charged me for the full 2hours plus. All they did was switch out a plug, which I had already determined.
I will never use this busi.ness again.
Trust me you do not want me to post a review. I feel totally ripped off.
I overpaid way too much for what I received which was 2 posts and a rail. Was quoted for one job which included concrete cutting, new railings but only needed a new handrail. I paid 1/2 the expenses up front to secure work, then the job changed drastically and had to pay the remainder. If you use this company be very aware of what the scope of the job is and make sure any changes are clearly stated.
Masterdeck did a professional job. Kyle Woodward, the lead carpenter, was exceptional with his work and attitude.
Other companies had no interest in doing a glass railing -- ResCom was able to do what we wanted.
Quality of work was great, once started (awaiting permits), great progress, daily cleanup and pictures and updates were appreciated.
Would definitely recommend Masterdecks for anybody looking to build a deck that will look great and last!
On time and thorough work. Provided recommendation for replacement heat lamps for bathroom fixture that was having issues.
They're very easy to work with, explained all the steps required for the project, and did an excellent job.
No, I’m not likely to recommend this company.
I chose UnderCover Systems to install their under-deck soffit, and I am very happy with their finished work & product. Nick & Martin were very precise in fitting all the components together and sealing the 500+ square foot system, just as the company estimator Cary described it all during the initial consultation. Their business manager, Quinn, also was very helpful in working out the several scheduling challenges. Nick and Martin got an early start each day of the 3 day job, and carefully cleaned up at end of each long day. Nick walked me thru everything before starting on first day, and answered all my questions as they worked.
Our new soffit looks great and it gave us a dry patio underneath (despite the awful weather) just as they said it would . Thanks to all !
The initial meeting with the sales rep went well, but the installation was a little bumpy: confusion over start date and incorrect materials were sent with the installer. There were many metal shavings left on the sight. The design of the underside of the stair railing has exposed metal edges; depending on how the stair rail is gripped, a hand holding the railing could be cut.
They provided fantastic service, quality work, and I would use them again.
