Very pleased from start to finish. Obed Perez did an excellent presentation explaining every detail. Jesse was in charge of the installers. He also did a great job directing the crew. The crew was very respectful of the kitchen surroundings covering all surfaces. They carefully removed the stain glass window and moved it to the garage. They installed a beautiful window in place of the stained glass window. And then an awning window was installed above the sink. We could not be more pleased!

From my initial contact with Teri in the office, to having Obed come out to measure & understand the scope of the requested work (Front Entry Steel Door/Storm Door and Back Entry Steel Door/Storm Door) & getting the quote, followed by Walter(owner) coming out to check measurements & look at special considerations for accomplishing the job, and then the install by their professional, clean & efficient installation team(Jesse, Danny, Ever, & Don)! We love the finished look & the worthwhile investment we made to our home! It adds Great Curb Appeal, Noise Reduction, Energy Efficiency & Security to our 1928 Bungalow! When installation day came, the team showed up on time and was impeccably clean and considerate of the work space. Our house was built in the 80's and still had the original windows and trim. You can tell the big difference with the new windows and white trim. No more draft through the windows. The window looks fantastic, too! Additional Comments - The existing aluminum trim on the outside of my old window, covering the lintel was removed. I wish I had been told this was going to be done ahead of time so I could address it. Now have new windows with rusty lintels (which are on my second floor). Maybe Valdicass should include refinishing the lintel as a service.

From RFQ to final install, the team at Valdicass was very responsive and gave accurate detailed information at every step of the process. Their customer service and professionalism was exactly what you would want/expect for a large project to your home.

Valdicass was wonderful to work with and I will absolutely call on them again!! The Valdicass team was extra flexible in coordinating with my re-siding project while also replacing an unneeded patio door with a lovely new window and knee wall. They spent extra time to ensure coordination despite supply chain delays, and the new window is precisely as expected and beautiful. I'm super glad Pella led me to Valdicass and look forward to doing my front door this year! :)

Fantastic experience, from start (sales) to finish (installation) for our new front door. Walter and his team are top-notch, knowledgeable professionals. The team was on time, well-prepared and worked through high winds/rain (and STILL did an amazing job). I can't stress enough how friendly and professional the team was. I'd highly recommend Valdicass to anyone.

Bonus notes - Walter went above and beyond throughout the process. When we visited the showroom, he was wonderful with our 2 kids. When he came out to measure out our old door and provide a quote - he fixed our existing storm door on the spot. During the installation, he took the time to completely re-wire our (broken) doorbell. Awesome customer service.

The crew of Jessie, Danny, and Raul were great. We had a few unforeseen challenges along the way of the window install. However, the crew met the challenges and improved the structural integrity and look of our house. The crew was courteous to our family, clean inside and outside of our home, and respectful of our grandchildren"s nap times. The new windows have improved the look of our home.
