Even though the weather was awful, the work was completed in a timely, clean and professional manner. The roof looks great!

Work was well done. Very poor communication and we continually got "updates" after the "update" had occurred.

No, I think the there are several reasons I would not recommend. While there were good things about the experience there were also very frustrating things and I did not ask enough questions...such as the plywood only being 1/4 inch, not 1/2 inch...I am just praying it holds up.

My neighbors ask for information and liked the job you did.

Valentine Roofing was very communicative. They updated me every single day, even on weekends. The foreman communicated with me if there was a rain delay or anything by 8:00 in the morning. The communication was great.

They are not the cheapest but you get what you're paying for: quality product, installation, warranty, and service.

Already have!! They managed to replace my roof in a 3-day window between rains. I love the color and texture and the look of the composition shingles. I was really worried about how the composition shingles would look . . . this is a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired home with redwood siding, and the roof is the first thing you notice when you come down the driveway. It looks terrific!

The crew was meticulous in everything they did, from the installation to the cleanup. I was very impressed with how meticulous they were. They also seemed to be looking out for things which might not be right. They looked for odd things, and they took care of them for me.

Our timeline matched up with some big storms coming through the area, but the crew was amazingly fast and diligent to get everything complete in just a couple of days. This was my first experience with getting a roof replaced, and I'm very happy with the result. It looks great!

The internal communication between the Estimator and the installation crew was very poor. The installation crew didn't speak English so I couldn't communicate with them. Things I needed to relay to the Estimator were missed.
