Valor Homes decided on everything they promised. I'm 100% satisfied. I like their business model because they give back to veterans.

Salesman very very pushy didn’t show me how he got the cost just kept quoting numbers. I wanted the 0%financing but it was more expensive! I also was supposed to get 50% off materials I don’t know if I received it. Needed a roof so I felt pressured to sign the contract as he said the price was only good that day! He showed me a a page about what happens to salesmen who do not get the contracts. Felt sorry for him. The Hispanic workers were wonderful hard working men. My my new gutters were messed up and only one replaced. Cannot in good faith recommend because of the pressure I felt to sign the contract not because of the workers who replaced my roof. They did a good job but the stress I suffered was too much. The materials were delivered a week early and unfortunately when they replaced the plywood (another $4k) they punctured a water pipe (unfortunate accident) that leaked on the 18th century part of the house messing up the wall and ruining the reed seat of an antique chair. The only thing I received for the damage was sorry.

I love the fact that part of the money goes to veterans and helping them out.

The employee's were on time and kept me updated on their progress. My roof took a day to complete and we are, highly satisfied

If I ever have to replace a roof again in my lifetime, I am definitely calling Valor!

I don't feel that the picture the salesperson presented of the company was exactly the experience we received. However, I was happy with the finished product. I would most likely recommend them; however, I would advise the consumer to be proactive while working with them.

Communication - The work party Crew Chief was very courteous and forthcoming to questions asked. He kept us informed as necessary.

I was very happy and satisfied with the roof they installed. Every morning I look at it through my window, and it looks great! It even made it through the hurricane that came through our town.

Outstanding from the time I requested an estimate until my roof was completed. I was so impressed with Valor, I requested to get a yard sign placed in my yard to advertise the company. When it is time to get a new roof, I will call Valor.

They are not willing to send the mysterious project manager to my property to go over my issues! I have tried for over a month to get someone out but have not gotten a response! The project manager also talked to me like I was a child over the telephone!

They were fast to answer the phone and to call back. They were very open with communication.

Professional & Organized - We had a leak right after the rain came through. When I called they sent someone out in 45 minutes to address the leak. Then they sent out a small crew to fix the ceiling. We were very pleased with that.
