Our job was huge! We had a 140,000-gallon pool so it was not a normal size. It was more a commercial size pool. Along the way, problems occurred but that was expected to renovate an old 99' pool. Any other company or lower end company would not have had the manpower to tackle the things we encountered during this project. We know they are the best but they definitely proved it! When they dug things up wires and affected even the sprinklers, they had the manpower to fix it. They made the pool perfect now and people love it! We will continue to recommend them!

The team is still phenomenal. If I have any issues they immediately respond, even after they have finished the work. Their customer service is number one! Everyone from sales to the final passing of the baton, start to finish, was amazing!

Andrew the salesman was very nice from start to finish. I called a couple times with issue. Van Kirk & Sons didn't get to me right away but they did get to me. Overall my experience was good. A couple times when I called I didn't get to speak to the person I wanted to contact. It wasn't the worst thing in the world, but the person we wanted to speak to wasn't available and sometimes they didn't get our messages. Overall, I would use Van Kirk & Sons again.
