Joe was great to work with. The only problem we had was with the weather. Lots of rain. And that can't be controled. I would have him do my roof again if I needed it.

From the first contact, Joe Vartanian was professional, polite, respectful of our time, explained the options of replacing our roof both pros and cons. He was easily accessible, returned calls and text messages in a timely manner. He contacted us to notify us when he would be coming to the house, when his different contractors would be arriving and what they would be doing. He contacted us after completion of the roof replacement to see if we had any questions or concerns. He personally checked the roof and area around our house after it was completed. He arranged to have one small concern addressed and followed through on it.

I worked with Joe Vartanian, one of the owners of the company. He was very prompt and courteous throughout the process from initial qouting (including resheathing entire roof) to scheduling the job, and aftercare. I felt that as a smaller family owned company I can trust them more easily compared to many of the other local options. Joe and his company will also redo the trim and gutters next year. I expect the same level of workmanship as I experienced with the roof.
