Veracity did a great job on the installation. Everything was right on time, except when weather permitted.

I might recommend Veracity to someone who is rich or has a good paying full time job! My French doors are beautiful but surely overpriced. I have had a few issues with them already and they don't seem to be as "sound" as the information I was provided with claimed they would be. Sears gave me an estimate for the same doors which was $1,000 less, but they have had a lot of negative reviews since their recent changes, while Veracity had many more positive reviews. Thankfully, Veracity offers financing options, as my new doors have added a few extra years of work to my plans to retire in the near future!

Sales and service very nice. Make a quality product that is distinctively better quality than the original sliding doors we had in our home.

It was good service overall. It was a pretty high price. There were hiccups with the installation. It took a while for them to deliver it. They kept coming back one after the other. It took another month to get the screen door. It just arrived late last week. The process was lengthy, and the product is expensive. There were minor hiccups with the operation of the door. They do have very good service. They are very professional and very nice. They do a good job, but the installation was lengthy.

Our rep was able to extend the same discounted, Black Friday pricing for a year...we intend to take him up on the offer soon!

Everything was great on the install. Although, they did get dust everywhere when installing the back door.

It's been almost two years and we are very pleased with our Infinity Windows. They are as beautiful and functional as the day they were installed.

I was surpised at how affordable it was and the product is very good.

Great Service and always on time.Great windows.My only question that has not been answered is why on a sunny day my window that is on the East side and faces the sun pops in the early morning. It sounds like something is maybe expanding. The installation was great and on time. The popping is just annoying.

I was only disappointed by the screens; they were in bad shape and I had to stay home and wait for a second install while they were being replaced.

They did a wonderful job and the installers were fabulous, they kept everything nice and clean, an A+ from me.

Totally satisfied with the quality of the Marvin windows and also with the installation. Everything about the windows was top quality. Solid feel, quiet to outside noise, easy open and close, simple to clean, and a big improvement to the look of our house. My wife is also completely satisfied. Wehave a few more to do in the near future, as soon as our remodeling plans are finalized, so we will be calling back.

I have had to call for the installation person return to correct a problem I am having with 2 windows. After I had to wash the windows one won't close all the way and the other won't stay in the upright position.

Satisfied with the job, but no contact post-work with sales rep on a $30,000 job is unforgivable.

I love the product and the installation was perfect.

They replaced a deteriorated 3 X 15 foot high window without chipping a pinch of stucco on the house exterior and did the finish trim on the inside so that it perfectly matched moldings and finishes in our home. They protected all flooring and adjacent surfaces so that there was absolutely no damage. After installation, THEY pointed out a slight flaw in the exterior molding ( that I had not noticed) and returned within just a couple of days to correct this minor issue.

Our salesman and lead installer demonstrated extreme knowledge in the "infinity" line of windows. Installation of four windows went smoothly in one day. They made sure the windows opened easily before they left and were through with cleanup. Thanks

They did a pretty good job even though they had to come back and fix something. They did come right out and get that fixed in a timely manner.
