Of the 3 estimates I got for our roof and gutters, Veterans was the only one who followed up with a face to face meeting. Once we selected Veterans, they again followed up with a meeting a few days before the job to go over everything that should be expected. They were fast (in by 6:30 am and done by 7pm including tear off and clean up) they had 6 people scouring the yard with magnets to make sure there were no nails left in the lawn.
Paul followed up the next day himself to once again go over the job site with a magnet.
Follow up meeting after the gutters were installed, and no argument over a couple of minor adjustments needed.

The owner Andrew explained everything to my satisfaction, when there was any issue or delay about the job he kept me informed as best he could and did the follow up and final checks as promised, he kept his word in all aspects of the job, Veteran Roofing Services is not the cheapest cost wise but I think that they did a more complete job, such as addressing things that weren't specifically included in the estimate.
