We used Veteran.’s Roofing for a new roof, new shutters, and repairs to siding and windows. Everyone we talked to was professional and knowledgeable starting with John who came for our estimate through the entire job. Communication was amazing! Texts and pictures of who we were working with and step by step photos were sent throughout the process. They let us know when they would be there, came on time, and cleaned up checking everything over multiple times. Our new roof, repairs to siding and windows, and new shutters all look great! It was a pleasure meeting the owners and working with everyone involved! We highly recommend them!

I did not have a good experience with the insurance claim process. They submitted a claim reason that was not covered or correct for New Jersey and they were not able to reverse the mistake. I was only able to get a very small amount of the roof repair covered.

The price for the roof and gutters was competitive, the quality of the materials was excellent, the crews showed up on the day and time indicated, the work was done timely and efficiently, pictures were taken and supplied at each step of the process, someone was always available to answer any questions, and the clean up was so thorough that you couldn’t even tell any work was done until you saw how beautiful the roof looked. I had an outstanding experience with Veterans Roofing from start to finish. When I first contacted them, Ryan came out to inspect the roofs on both my house and garage. He didn't just do a surface inspection- he climbed onto the roofs to thoroughly assess whether I needed a full replacement or just repairs. Once it was determined that both roofs needed to be replaced, Ryan walked me through the entire process in detail, answering all my questions and making sure I understood every step. He stayed in regular contact with me while I gathered additional estimates, which gave me confidence in my final decision to choose Veterans Roofing for the job.

In, addition to the roof replacement, I also decided to replace the gutters on my house and add new gutters to my garage. On the day the project started, I couldn't be there because of work, but the project manager, Javier, kept me informed with detailed text updates and photos throughout the process. His attention to detail was clear from the updates, and gave me peace of mind knowing the job was in capable hands.

The Veterans Roofing TEAM that handled the removal and replacement of the roofs did an incredible job. They were professional, efficient, and took great care to protect my property by utilizing drop cloths and tarps to contain the debris. They completed the work within the promised timeframe and addressed any damage to the underlying wood from the previous roof without cutting corners.

To further impress me with the quality and attention everyone one the team provided, the cleanup was beyond what I expected.
