Working with Veterans Roofing LLC was a positive experience. Everything that we discussed in the initial interview, happened during the roofing process.

Veterans Roofing is by far the best, reliable and extremely professional Company. From day one they kept in constant contact with me thru text messages with the whole crew. They even put a tarp on the roof due to the upcoming storm to prevent further damage. The day the project started they texted me to let me know they were on their way to start the job. They sent pictures step by step of what they were doing and replacing. So there was no need to wonder if they really were replacing what they said . The roof was a total tear down with two layers of shingles and replacement of plywood plus other damage, inside drywall damage and replacement of gutters, facia and soffits.

Our roofing experience with Veterans Roofing was without a doubt one of the best experiences we've ever had with getting work done on our house. During our first meeting with Taylor and Ryan, they gave us as much time as we needed and thoroughly explained the process and materials that would be used. Once we made our decision to go with Veterans Roofing, we were immediately set up on a text message group with the members of the team that would be handling our job. On the install day, Stephan, our supervisor stayed on the roof and sent pictures of every step. It was amazing! They used two crews to finish our job in one day because of the weather coming in. Such hardworking guys! The cleanup was incredible as well. They didn't stop until every nail and piece of debris was collected.

One of the best parts of working with Veterans Roofing is that they handle every part of the job. They had our solar panels removed and reinstalled. They removed and installed new fascia, soffets, gutters and leaders. We didn't have to worry about finding other companies to do this work. It was such peace of mind for us knowing every part of this job was done perfectly. We're more than thrilled with our new roof!

One more thing that impressed us and made our decision easy to choose Veterans Roofing is that we were working with veterans from the Marines and Army. Their professionalism, attention to detail and communication is the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I wish we had multiple houses so we could have them do more roofs for us!

If you need a new roof, I highly recommend Veterans Roofing. Veterans Roofing exceeded my expectations right from the beginning. Kevin came out to explain the cost and the entire process. He was very detailed in his explanation and was able to answer all my questions. I thought of more questions after Kevin left and I was able to text him. He responded quickly and thoroughly.
Once my project was in the system, I was added to a group text that included everyone that would be working on my new roof. Veterans Roofing kept me updated with information.
On the day of my roof installation, Stephan, the site Supervisor, sent me pictures and texts throughout the entire process. I really liked seeing the updates of the crew completing my roof. I had a few questions during the installation process. I was able to text my questions in the group text and Stephan responded quickly. When my roof was completed, Stephan and his crew cleaned up my yard. But Veterans Roofing doesn't just stop there. The next day, Jordan came out to reinspect my yard. He used a magnetic sweep to check for any nails/debris.

They are a stellar organization. I am pleased with each and every person. They reviewed everything with me, cleaned the property at least 3 times, and picked up every spec of roofing materials and nails. The owners were here; explaining the materials and why they used those materials. I was pleased with the salesman, Kevin. He explained everything and was the only one out of five companies who got on the roof and went into the attic. The other companies used drones. In addition, the company gives discounts to veterans. I was very pleased. If I had to do it again, I'd hire these guys.
