I would recommend Victors to anyone who needs roof work. My home was built long before "ventilation" was a consideration. It was obvious my moldy attic and new roof would benefit for years from "ridge" ventilation as Victors suggested. When I called to get more information about the process of cutting in the roof to create the ventilation system, my anxiety and concerns were treated with patience and respect by providing me with the information I needed to fully understand the process. Emily sent me information by email more than once to provide support and answers. This was an unexpected kindness coming from a company as big as Victors.

Workers were prompt, clean-up was very satisfactory. Conversations cleared all questions I had in an expert manner.

I liked that they were able to help me with both my leaky roof and under insulated attic space . They didn't try to sell me a whole roof retile when only a partial one was needed. There was no pressure. They are a local and small family business that works year round. Very professional and respectful. Easy to communicate with.

I can’t imagine a more seamless process! Everyone with whom I interacted was professional, friendly, and well-informed. They walked us through the entire project step by step without ever coming off as condescending when we had questions. What had the potential of being a very stressful experience was actually quite the opposite. I felt confident in my decisions and now that the roof has been finished, I’m just as impressed with the whole installation team! My new roof is perfect and I’m ready to sing their praises from the rooftops! The entire project from initial inspection to completion was under a week! That’s nearly unheard of in this day and age. I’d give them 100 stars if I could!

All things considered I would recommend Victors as I believe the issues were an accident and the resolution has been moving along well. The work does appear well done and the timing, and process started off great.

Very expensive

Everyone was punctual in arriving and throrough in the cleanup. Job was well done.

The salesman, David, was great - professional, and really sold the product, also friendly and caring to us.

There were no unexpected add on costs. The entire process from start to finish was amazing. I am so thankful I found you.

Exceeded expectations, all work was done professionally and thoroughly. Super impressed with all of it from start to finish. Customer service and communication was outstanding.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the completed project. I did not like the change of the supervisor after the first day of work and really the lack of supervision during the next shorter day of work. Thankfully the last day crew completed the job and did the cleaning in very professional way.

The whole process was thorough.

The scheduling was particularly vexing, as they would give me a day or two, and then the provider would call the evening before to tell me what time they would be there. What that does is that it interferes with my wife's doctor's appointments and care. It was very difficult to get it lined up with her needs and your scheduling requirements.

I particularly liked the personal touch. People in the office reaching out keeping me informed on the progress. We actually felt like personal customers and not just the next stop. You have some first class personnel representing your business.

Victor's did a very nice job in a little amount of time. They explained details to me that I wasn't familiar with and made everything understandable.

As stated above communication was very poor. From the delivery of shingles & dumpster to the team showing up on 9/8 @ 6:40 am. According to office coordinator, the supervisor would call us before the team showed up at our house. That did not happen. Add to that the lack of the supervisor finding the dip in the roof & the way it was repaired, results in the ranking 1 for this category.

This is a truly top notch professional organization.
