The whole process was thorough.

The scheduling was particularly vexing, as they would give me a day or two, and then the provider would call the evening before to tell me what time they would be there. What that does is that it interferes with my wife's doctor's appointments and care. It was very difficult to get it lined up with her needs and your scheduling requirements.

I particularly liked the personal touch. People in the office reaching out keeping me informed on the progress. We actually felt like personal customers and not just the next stop. You have some first class personnel representing your business.

Victor's did a very nice job in a little amount of time. They explained details to me that I wasn't familiar with and made everything understandable.

As stated above communication was very poor. From the delivery of shingles & dumpster to the team showing up on 9/8 @ 6:40 am. According to office coordinator, the supervisor would call us before the team showed up at our house. That did not happen. Add to that the lack of the supervisor finding the dip in the roof & the way it was repaired, results in the ranking 1 for this category.

This is a truly top notch professional organization.

Your company is very expensive you have pushy sales people and your installation crew has not provided the promised photographs in a timely fashion

Victors was efficient, courteous, and explained everything in detail. There was even a project manager that over saw the work! I would highly recommend Victors for any roofing needs!

After we purchased our house. We saw a leak in the skyline. They came in and put a tarp. They were quick and provided quality service. The next day a manger came in a and inspected the work. They made sure we were satisfied with the work.

It would depend on the friend due to the price the company charges which is above market level value.

I thought the cost was high, but my roof was leaking and I was leaving for Florida. I didn't have time to shop around. I didn't even get to see the finished product, as it was too cold to go out on the roof. And I don't know if it's leaking or not, as I'm not there.

I received a competitive proposal from a known roofing company but went with Victors because of the detail in the proposal, even though it was slightly higher in cost.

They did a great job!
