I have done a lot of construction in the past few years, and Victors, by far, has been the most pleasant experience.

People would be better served by using a better company.

Victors should really improve and take responsibility for things said by their salespeople. In the end, they gave false information during the sales process, which delayed our decision in the end. Victors should take responsibility and not put it on the client. Their salespeople should be more truthful about what they promise their customers.

The experience from quoting and estimation through installation was positive and professional.

They did a good job, and the workers were good.

The cost can be an issue, but they offer zero percent or no payments until next year. However, you still have to pay for it.

I couldn't believe the number of people that I talked through talking about a situation. I talked to a boss, a concierge and then another boss about my problem. They eventually responded but it was amazing how many people we had to talk to.

Victors delivered as promised in all aspects of the roofing job, from educating us about their process and the materials to giving us a great view of the roof by sharing photos and videos. We were able to see the condition of the roof even though it is a tall Italian home built in 1870. We were able to view the inside of the roofing area and the top of the roof without getting up there ourselves, which was a great experience. We thought the team was very professional. We liked that they wore uniforms, so we knew they were part of the staff. Sometimes crew members are not harmonious, but they worked great together, along with the manager. We needed to get the roof installed quickly before we moved in. They were able to get it done within the first week that we requested it to be done. That was really helpful to us. The salesperson who instructed us on how the work was done really went above and beyond by showing us how the roofing material would look on our garage and showed us multiple shingle colors next to our garage roof so that we felt confident in seeing how it looked in the daylight and helped us make a quick decision in terms of color. I also liked that they were able to come up with places fairly close to us that we could check out the color on other homes to see what it looked like. The salesperson was really great and devoted to us to make sure we liked how the roof ended up. He was confident in the materials and the colors. It was a job well done by everyone.

Regarding if they fell short of my expectations, I would definitely recommend them to anybody else. I felt I was taken care of and educated. I am very happy.

You should ask a lot of questions. I've never had this done before. It was all new to me. I believed what they were telling me. They didn't tell me things to be aware of. They should bring certain things to your attention. It would give more confidence. I could've put plastic down in the garage before they came out. I should've thought about it, but I still probably would've done it. I had a recommendation from a talk show host that I respected.

Everything was great except the sales push and not getting to the quote faster

I already recommended them to people I know after they started the project.

I thought they did a good job. They were punctual, and they did a decent work. They also did what they said they're going to do. I'm very satisfied with the job.

Awesome job. Had 10 guys on the roof removing shingles and were able to finish in one day even with a couple delays for materials. Great clean up too. Highly recommend!

There would be a caveat concerning the things I mentioned above with my recommendation. I have had 3 roofs installed and this one by far was the best. Looking forward to enjoying many good years from it. Now if I can figure out how to make the gutter guards less work without going on a ladder! Ugg!
