I was quite satisfied with their work and the time it took to complete the job. They were wonderful, and everyone was polite and professional. My only problem was with the estimate. It was very high. They did reduce it, but it caused a delay with getting started. Overall, I would highly recommend them. I am very happy with everything. Even after I got other estimates, I went back to Victors.

If you think a full roof replacement might be fine, trust but verify on the repair work.

I am most impressed with the job, the job was good, I can't see the roof and I still haven't received my pictures, and have been waiting two weeks. I have been told they have been sent, but they are not on my computer; however, I do have the contact information. Everyone else I have talked to has been personable, it is like talking to a friend and not a business. It was personable but still professional, and I like that. I don't talk at people, and I don't like being talked at.

I can’t say enough about Victor’s Home Solutions! They came out for a quote and we were impressed with the amount of information they gave us. They took pictures and video of inside the attic area as well as outside and thoroughly explained how the lack of ventilation is causing the temperatures to rise resulting in mold and deterioration. Our sales rep, Noah, answered all of our questions and concerns. A few weeks later, they installed the new roof. During the installation, a worker fell through our roof and damaged part of the interior of our home. We believe that accidents can happen, but it’s a true testament to a company to see what they do after an accident happens. Once again, we were extremely impressed. They cleaned up the mess immediately and within two days, the ceiling was completely finish drywalled and the rest of the damage was completely repaired in a reasonable length of time. Their communication throughout the project was excellent. Overall, we were beyond impressed and would highly recommend Victor‘s Home Solutions in a minute. They are a top-notch company and will give you first-class service!

I have a problem with my roof at the back of my house. Rain water pours down at two spots (I call it (Nigra Falls) instead the tubes to the floor of the back yard and the drainage system, making a mess on the deck, table, chairs, of back yard, I inquired an estimate from Victors to fix the problem. The sales person was a young lady inspected all around except the roof because her ladder is not high enough to my roof. Anyway she gave me the estimate and I paid a down payment. I told her the repair crew to leave a message on my email because I am a handycaped person I need the repair crew to explain to me how they will fix the problem. They came worked without telling me in advance and they took off. The problem still there not resolved, I need to know when Victors will really fix the problem, I waited too, too long and to improve their Reputation??, Kamal Salib, 37008 Curtis Rd.

Every person was professional and followed up. They were here when they said they would be, and they even came out faster than expected. They gave me a date and kept it, and they tried to find discounts that might apply. They treated me as a person and that this was my home rather than just another job.

If I had not been on site the entire house would have installed 2" drip edge. I was sold that the guiys were trained which maybe the foreman is but that's about it.
