I didn't know what to expect in getting the roof, and I was at work. The communication I had with the project manager was great. They contacted me throughout the whole day during the whole process on what they were doing, and I was really impressed with that.

Sarah came out ot do my initial inspection and she was very professional and knowledgeable. The person in charge of the crew was also very professional. Dakota, the liaison between the crew and myself, let me know what steps were being performed and what position they were in. He was very well mannered and knowledgeable.

With regard to my experience, w/Victor’s Home Solutions, there is not much to say but WOW! It is rare nowadays to find a company that shows both integrity and pride in their work. It started with the first visit from Colton. He came and inspected the roof by physically going up on the roof and taking multiple pictures and videos. He climbed up into my attic and inspected the decking, insulation and venting. His presentation made it very clear that I needed a new roof. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and provided clear expectations of what Victor’s would do.
On the day of installation, which, by the way was within one week of the project being given the go ahead, Barb, the project supervisor, introduced herself and said she would be with us all day to ensure a smooth and seamless installation process. Multiple times throughout the day , she provided photos and answered any questions we had. The crew got started shortly after the crack of dawn and busily got to their tasks.. While the crew was working unabated, John, who was the installation manager, introduced the general manager, Phil, and the marketing coordinator Amy, who I had several telephone conversations with prior. Both were present throughout the day and were noticed helping the crew when an extra hand was needed! I was also introduced to Jake and Sam who were the social media reps for the day, taking pictures and video of all the activities. Of special note, was when Phil set up a grill in the driveway and cooked lunch for everybody! The entire day we were treated with singing, lively music, and general affability among the workers. It was so nice to see people happy at their jobs. This company lives the tenets its owner espouses and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody!
Also special, thanks to Samantha and Natalie in the Toledo office who were most helpful with scheduling and all the other details that people forget about and helped make the process seamless and truly made us feel part of the Victor’s family.

I would like to thank the workers, the supervisor, and the representative that came out. You get what you paid for. It was expensive, but it comes down to that you get what you paid for. We are happy and pleased with the service, and we would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Everyone I dealt with at Victor's was professional and knowledgeable. They are fast and efficient, completly replacing my roof in a day. I would highly recommend Victor's Home Solutions to anyone needing any kind of work done to their roof.
