Our experience with Victor's Remodeling and Construction was a total success! They finished the job on time and we felt that their pricing was very fair. We had a good bit of work done -- new windows, new roof, Hardy plank replacing the exterior woodwork, and a complete exterior paint job. Our home looks lovely. It was a pleasure to meet with Victor and Roel. Roel came by frequently to check on the workers and to make sure we were pleased with the work that was being done.. We have recommended this company to many of our neighbors and family members and will continue to do so!

I had a call this week from Victor's. It was not the project manager, it was one of the guys who came out here. He was in Houston. He gave me a call and asked me if I could give him a recommendation. I almost hung up the phone but I said I would and have anyone who plans on using you to call me. I was thinking that he had gotten a call from someone here who was asking about the work. I was planning on telling whoever called to run the other way and not to use Victor's.

I would not recommend the company for anything.

The project manager Roel was courteous and professional,the workers Armer and Romero were the two I trusted the most.I had a few issues that Victor helped resolve,I would recommend being very clear on your expectations and following up,that is key!Get project and prices and payment methods thoroughly understood from the start so as not to pay additional later!I would recommend them as long as Victor is around he truly stands by the customer.Overall happy with the final look !

Their daily clean-up of old nails, old siding, and scraps was greatly appreciated, and the crew's tidiness allowed us to work in our yard in the evenings without hazard or inconvenience.The fit and finish of the final product is amazing. The HardieColorplus siding looks great, and the craftsmanship of the installers is evident in every piece of siding, soffit, and trim.Victor took the time to answer all of our questions, and made sure that his crew chief (Edgar) was made aware of problem areas (such as a sagging breezeway) that our aging home presented.

His solution to the 32 year-old sagging breezway was both creative and effective. He and his crew did an outstanding job of installing new doors on the house and garage, and their attention to finishing details, like caulking and covering nails, was exceptional. Additional Comments - I'm handy with tools, and do a lot of home repairs myself, but I realized that installing siding was out of my league. I try to get the best value of money spent for maintaining my home, Vince did a very accurate job of estimating the material required for the job, and the price quoted was substantially less than two other competitors.
