In 2004 Justin Cooper of Mt. Sterling Construction and Jeff Jackson of Mid-Valley Construction joined forces to become one of the preeminent custom homebuilders in Northern Utah. Justin Cooper, who received his finance degree from Utah State University, founded Mt. Sterling Construction in 1997, with the goal of building custom homes of unsurpassed quality and detail for residents of Cache Valley.
