Poor quality materials, no responsibility, low quality craftsmanship. Coming up on 2 years since signing contract and one year since installation and we're still having problems. No response from Volpe or Provia on onging issues. Delaminating garage door. Expensive entry door and sidelites were installed poorly. Squeaks, drafts, no shims, door is warping, sidelites had to be replaced, damaging frame, no recourse. Jamb not plumb. Original job manager said the unit needs to be reinstalled, it never happened, he was released. 3 season porch; measured window wrong and rather than order correct one, removed jack studs in exterior door framing to make it fit. Bad all around. Would never recommend Volpe or Provia doors/windows.

I had my front double doors with sidelights and pediment replaced.
The shutters were replaced to match the door.

I could have had the door done by many contractors but replacing the pediment turned out to be a problem.
Volpe did not have a problem replacing the pediment.
The salesman Russell Miller worked well with us to specify the type of door we wanted.

We delayed the start of work due to Covid-19 concerns.
When we were ready, Volpe could not get the doors until many weeks later.
There were also issues locating and getting the door lockset we had picked out.

Once the work started it went quickly.
There were a few issues with door installation which I noticed on two occasions.
After several calls to the installation manager, without resolution, I eventually contacted the company management. After which the door installer finally came out to fix the problems.

After some delay, the shutters were installed without a problem.

It has been several weeks since the last door correction and everything looks great and appears to be working well.

I couldn't be more satisfied and pleased with the project.

My husband and I are very happy with the quality of the job accomplished by Volpe Enterprises - their team replaced 13 windows for us, along with replacing the stucco front of our house with the new siding. Their team is very professional, polite and highly efficient. Thank you Volpe Enterprises!

Additional Comments - We previously had Volpe do a repair on our roof leak, and they were honest enough to tell us we did not need a whole new roof, contrary to other companies. They explained everything to us & the repair has lasted us. It's going on four years now. It was because of their honesty. When it came to our windows, we heard their commercials on the Christian channel we listen to and decided to call them for an estimate because of their honesty and integrity. We're going to have them come out again and give us another estimate for an additional project.

I probably wouldn't recommend them at this state based on the value. They are not cheap and they don't use good materials. They take your deposit money and afterwards, their response time is too long. The warranty work is too long. The problem that exists is the materials that are being used. The plywood that they used on the garage section was aged and weathered and one portion of what they had done before just rotted away. They redid it and put the capping on, but I was wondering how long the plywood used is going to last. The roof on the garage was exposed underneath so I could see that the quality of the plywood used wasn't good.

Do not like the fact the sales person is agreeable & assures what is to be done, however, the work is sub-contracted & you have to micro-manage the work. The sales person-nor the project manager are in attendance when the actual work is performed.

From the initial contact to the final installation, they kept their commitment on schedules, product quality, and price. Their installation personnel were great, very professional, and they actually tested the window before they installed it. It was a very great process from beginning to end.

They promised they were going to use Volpe employees, but they used a subcontractor.

We were very satisfied w/ our new siding, and roof, addition repairs that Volpe did. They responded to my request immediately and helped identify solutions for some of our problems (leaking roof on sunroom). While some may say, Volpe is expensive - I would want to say you are paying for quality, amazing workmanship and workers w/ high integrity and pride w/ their work.

We are a repeat customer, Volpe Enterprises is top of the line.
