I would recommend Walside to anyone I know
The guy who came out to do the sales presentation for the windows I wanted to replace and to get an idea of what I was looking for was really knowledgeable, as he had been an installer previously. He had depth and knowledge on the product. Wallside Windows came out to check the measurements and make sure everyone was on the same page. I liked that extra touch to make sure everything was perfect. When the installers came out, that was the third measurement check, and the windows fit perfectly.
Good Prices and Warranty
Workers were on time and very professional.
The window that I had replaced was leaking water. Every time it rained it was leaking water and my house is 24 years old. I told the salesman that, and I had to sign a waiver regarding the new window leaking after it was installed. They took off the old window out, and we could see that there was water damage in the particle board, and that it may be a leak coming from above causing water inside. I didn't know what to do because the window was already out. They said they would put the new window in, and I said shouldn't wait. I spoke with the salesman, David Malseed, to see what the proper action would be, and he said to put in the new window and if a problem afterward, they would come back and replace the frame after the window was repaired. I was still concerned, but right now, I don't see any water damage or leakage. I am satisfied with the window, and it looks nice, and they did a good job. I am concerned with what the future may bring.
They were courteous and relatively quick.
It was a great experience. They came on time, were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and were in and out quickly.
Not too happy. Installers used my new furnace outdoors as there ladder crushing top of fan cover and stepped on air vent pulling from house. Never mentioned to me..when they left I found it in bad condition. Frames not neatly framed together and some window screens have gaping 1/4 inch holes in bottoms..I especially ordered before end of special 50% of f but never saw discount.
Not all was finished
Has to finch myself
Will recommend
Getting a quote remotely was easy. Send pictures from your phone with some measurements, and you get a quote a few days later. The downside with this method is, no other options are given to you. I didn't realize we could get new sills. And could I have upgraded to triple pane? The biggest upside is that don't spend 3 hours with a salesperson who doesn't want to leave your house without a sale.
They were fine. The windows are great. I have purchased these for the last ten years.
I was not as pleased with the quality or installation this time.
The glass area was less than the salesperson led me to believe, and the construction crew did not do a good job cleaning up. The frame edges were thicker than expended.
The work they did on my windows and sliding glass door was the worst I have ever experienced. They rushed through the project so they could leave and go to another project. The spray insulation looks terrible and has bubbles in it. They sped through installing my sliding glass door, and it looks like a mess. The lock on the door was not installed correctly, and it just fell off right after they left! Some of the windows do not open and close correctly, and the seal on my windows looks bad. They forgot to touch up my windows and the amount of caulking looks terrible. I would never use Wallside Windows again. Someone came by to look at the work that needs to be corrected and made a list of repairs to be made. Then an installer came over to repair the damage but did not come prepared. The only issue he knew about was the sliding glass door, so now the repairs have been delayed again. When I called the customer service lady, she said, "well we are human" and I said, "well I paid $14,000 for a project that needs to be done correctly". So, now I have to wait another week for them to come back and do the repairs correctly. The insulation and weather stripping were not done properly. We are very unhappy and displeased. I told them I do not want the same installation crew back in my house. I paid them to do the job correctly the first time, and I saved up for years to get these windows done. I felt comfortable with Wallside since they were the biggest company around. I thought they would be the best, but I should have gone somewhere else. There was a guy on the job site that came by and looked at my windows and told me that he had just spoken to them to get new windows installed. I told him not to go with Wallside because I was so unhappy, and he cancelled his order. They were supposed to be here yesterday, but the person who came, only took pictures and did not give me a written form showing what repairs they would be making. There is a major lack of communication with this company. I wish I could rip my windows out and have another company install them. Some of them look okay, but most of them do not. They just rushed through my project and had another job to do, and it is very upsetting that they did not care enough to do a good job on my project.
From sales to installation, everything was friendly and professional. Well done!
Wallside Windows provided great service with great people to work with!
Very professional and knowledgeable about their windows and installation.
I had a wonderful experience. The salesperson that came out was great and the install crew were so friendly and professional. My whole house is Wallside and we have no complaints. Our door wall rolls so smoothly.
Shop around first.
The windows are very easy to operate and use.
Other than how expensive they are, I would recommend them. The payment plan does help, through my Wells Fargo card. That is why I could afford that.
The service was poor.
No.
No.
I would definitely use Wallside Windows again, and again.
They were very good and efficient. The installer was good, and came on time. He cleaned and picked up everything. I was very satisfied.
The person who installed the windows was great. However, I wasn't too satisfied with the salesperson.
I am not completly satisifed with the completed job and the product.
I would rate recommending Wallside a ten, they were great!
The Quality was poor and service was bad.
I am tickled pink with what they have done.
They do a fabulous job. I have referred them others already. We have used them for over thirty years.
They are beautiful looking. They are nice, easy to use, and clean. I highly recommend them.
The salesperson was excellent. He wasn't pushy and explained everything completely. The installation team did a fantastic job.
It's just the quality of the work.
They were courteous, in and out, and done in less than two hours. They did five windows.
The windows are nice and good. However, the installer wasn't going to perform the work he needed to do. He wasn't going to replace the rotten board until I pointed it out.
We are very happy with the windows. It was a very professional installation.
They did good work, and they were here when they were supposed to be. Everything is fine.
I've dealt with Wallside for probably about 45 years. I had Wallside windows put in my house in South Gate, and we appreciated very much their team work and the quality of the windows. They were awesome then and still are to this day.
Wallside Windows came out and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves. After they got done, it looked like they were never here. They cleaned up and did a good job. They said they would be here at 8:30 in the morning, and they were. They were very on time.
We had Wallside Windows do our windows 40 years ago. After 40 years, we were having an issue with just a couple of the windows. Wallside Windows was offering such a great deal that I decided to get the whole house replaced. We used them a second time and it was great.
Wallside Windows did a good job and it was quick.
The team that Wallside Windows sent out was professional and efficient, and they provided beautiful work.
I had a bad contractor. I live in a multi-unit condominium. My friend that lives below me got their job done in 2 hours, and another neighbor got theirs done in 3 hours. My job took about 8–9 hours. It took forever.
I would definitely recommend Wallside Windows.
They cleaned up very well and they were very considerate of me.
The guy who came did really good work. He worked by himself, and I was surprised that one man would come put four windows in by himself. He did really well, and he finished the project a lot sooner than I thought he would.
The guys came with ample time. They did a great job and were friendly.
