Upon previously seeing their work at another home in my neighborhood, when it came time for me to get a new roof, Walter D. Witt was my first choice in getting an estimate on mine. And soon it would be obvious: Walter D. Witt was the ONLY choice! Chris was excellent to work with. He looked over every nook and cranny of my roof, as it also had some structural damage he pointed out as well. He was extremely thorough in explaining every little detail to me as to the things that were needing to be done, in a way that was clear and understandable. And he showed me! There was nothing hidden from me. And he asked me questions as well as me asking him. He made absolutely sure we were both on the same page. He gave me an estimate and he explained how the whole process would go. And it did! Their office staff, Brandi, coordinated the date, and kept me in the loop until that day arrived (great job, Brandi!) They not only kept excellent communication with me, but with all their staff and crew. This whole process worked together like a well oiled machine, and fine tuned! The day of the job the crew was out early doing the prep work, laying tarps on yard around the house and proceeded immediately to replace my roof, including a few sheets of plywood, that had been pointed out to me.. In Advance! The crew was fast and efficient. After they finished, I had a beautiful new roof, and no debris left anywhere! No nails in the yard! Not even dust my deck or on the window ledges!! Chris then came back out to the jobsite, walked around the house, looking on the ground and up at the roof. Then he got up on the roof and inspected every inch! Around all the vent pipes. And the attic vents. He made sure it all passed his inspection, and also made sure that I was satisfied! Walter D. Chris Witt was on time and professional throughout the whole process. The install crews was friendly and professional, they took the time to protect my property. The timeline was tough due to weather and other factors but they got the job done.

They were efficient and worked in the heat. They really cleaned up, and I only found one piece of shingle with a tack in it.
