Excellent finished product, communication lacking in certain areas of job

From estimate to installation, Warner Exteriors did an excellent job. Sitting with our sales associate reviewing every aspect of the job was our deciding factor on using Warner. And the installation crew performed a quality job. Highly recommend Warner Exteriors.

They were very professional and friendly. They were here on time, and they got the work done.

When they come out and explain things, people need to really listen to what they say. I think they overcharge you for what it is. When you go to them with issues that you want addressed aesthetically, they are not willing to address that. They say if it's not leaking, you are basically keeping it the way it is. I didn't like the change order, that was way too expensive for what they did. You need to listen to what they're saying, they are a young company with young people that don't adhere to customer service.
