Washington Water Restoration Inc. was very empathetic and extremely detailed. They were right on time and actually went the extra mile to do things that normally, in this day and age, people don't do. I think the overall customer service was A++. I had a fire, and I'm really happy to have met the crew during that tough time. They came to help pack my things and get me set up in a storage unit and apartment. Everybody was super nice to work with. They went the extra mile and made moving out and moving into the apartment I'm in 1000% easier. I'm really pleased with the crew I worked with. They've been awesome.

This review is strictly for manager Mike. The actual workers were great. Mike is lacking in the slightest degree of customer service skills and professionalism. He failed to communicate in a timely manner through the process unless he was asking where the check was.
