Real quality workmanship from the finished product to the cleanup

John was great the whole way through explaining everything, keeping in touch the whole way, answering questions. On the day of the work, they showed up on time which I've never seen from a company like this before honestly, cleaned up the whole way through, let th eneighbors know what was going on and if anything got on their property to let them know. When they left other than a nice new roof I get complements on you'd never know they were here. No mess anywhere and I've had a few "I wish they were the ones to do my roof" from neighbors and others telling me I picked the best company, and I agree.

The entire experience was frustrating, dragged out, with little communication. As a first time home owner this should have been a fun and exciting experience, but it wasn't. I felt like I was taken advantage of my lack due to my lack of construction knowledge, and lied to about things that should have been done, and things I was promised.

Prices have gone up, but work was done quickly since we had a leak.

Roger and his team did an outstanding job on our roof and gutters.

Dealing with Warwrman was a pleasure from the initial meeting to the final cleanup and everything in between. Great communication, follow up and customer service! Glad we went with Waterman.

Our initial meeting was with Aaron. Aaron is professional, friendly and very helpful. He brought the color sample boards we asked for and even went on the roof to help us see how our selection would look. He also came to the house the day of the installation.

On worksite when noted, very thorough through the whole removal and replacement process. Complete clean up of site. Foreman stayed on site and was readily available for any questions or concerns.

Start to finish this project was made easy and affordable. John, the salesman, walked me through what my options would be for roof shingles, what to expect as the project began and what to expect through the project. Paul, the project manager, oversaw the crew to ensure that they had everything they needed from supplies to any question about how to proceed. He checked in with me throughout the day to ensure that I was satisfied and see if I had any questions. The roofing crew were nothing short of amazing. Such hard working people that truly worked as a team efficiently and effectively stripped the roof and put the roofing system in place. They then cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly placing everything back where it was before they started. All in all a fantastic experience.

They went through how the whole process worked and explained step by step the work I would be getting done on my roof. The price was very reasonable which I was relieved about. They stayed in touch right up to my roof getting done. They came early in the morning right on time, asked if I had any questions and made me feel comfortable about the job being done. They were in and out like they were never there everything was cleaned up nicely. My roof looks 100% better and I couldn't be more pleased. I truly appreciate their work.
