I can't say enough about the excellent service we received from Waunakee Remodeling. This was a complicated project with many pieces. There were several different teams that worked on the project, and all of them were highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure our expectations were met.

I really appreciated Jeff and Albert checking in at the end of each day to tell me where they were with the project. They did a great job of cleaning up the space each day!

Everybody was professional, and courteous. There could have been a bit better communication. One of their trucks ran into our basketball hoop. We did not realize until we noticed something was off with it, and our neighbor told us they ran into it. They did admit to it later, but not when it happened. So far, the roof looks great. They were professional, and courteous. We will probably use them again for suture projects.

I have already referred you to my neighbors. The reason they are here for the roofing is due to the job they did on the windows. We wanted to get the house ready for retirement. We spent about $40,000.00 cash to have new windows put in. The manner in which they came out, the quality, and the crews. The crews were wonderful to work with. They took the builder grade frames around the windows and they redid them and matched the paint. When the roofer got here I explained that I hired them because of the job they did on the windows. I told him depending how you perform will determine if I use the company for further business. We are going to have some remodeling done downstairs based on your performance. They were absolutely wonderful. We put it into effect to come do the remodeling.

Waunakee Remodeling--I didn't even call anybody else. I didn't even look anywhere else. I wouldn't even call another company. They do communicate well with their customers. I would recommend them. I liked their work and their company. I just called them and said I needed my roof looked at. They gave me the bid. They signed it, and it's good. You can trust them. They take care of stuff. Sometimes, they're busy, but they get to you when they can. They're just good people.

Looking back, I wish I would have done more homework. Even though it turned out to be a 6-month project, I felt hurried in my decision making. Sometimes not even given or understanding the choices e.i. the wainscoting trim, toilet, height of lower cabinets. It should have been a must to see in-store choices for the sink, tub, plumbing fixtures, so we could compare our options should have been a must.

They did a good job communicating changes in the schedule. Working with subcontractors is not always easy.
