Contact - Just went to Wausau Homes design studio in Waukesha. We met builder, Lance Jochims, due his expertise, we build a year earlier then we anticipated. Lance made the entire experience exciting and worth while. I built a home 30 years ago and we had a good experience. Lance made our new Wausau home unbelievable and a true “Dream” home.
