Our experience with Wayne Gonzalez Roofing has been a very good one and we would highly recommend them for roof repair or roof replacement. Lyndhurst Condominium Assn has 49 buildings built in 2005. Because of poor roof workmanship we were repairing roofs multiple times every year starting as early as our first year, 2005. In 2017 we brought Gonzalez Roofing in to replace our previous roofers who had been doing sometimes unreliable repairs and were consistently satisfied with Wayne Gonalez Roofing's work and working with their personnel. As a result we embarked on a 3 year (2018/2019 to 2021) program to replace the roofs on our 49 buildings.

I will sum up my recent roof replacement by saying it was actually a pleasant experience. This was the first time my wife and I have ever replaced a roof so we were sort of anxious about it. We got 6 estimates and chose Wayne Gonzalez Roofing based on a combination of price, warranty and features, and Steven Gonzalez's professionalism.

We've had some bad luck with contractors doing work around the house so we were really hoping we chose well. I think we did. Every time we met, whether to sign paperwork, get the estimate, or actually do the work, Steven and the team were always there when they said they would be. That is a big plus to me.

It's finished now and looks great. I, hopefully, will not need a roof for a long time, but if I do, I would be willing to work with Wayne Gonzalez Roofing again. As a matter of a fact, I feel very good recommending them to friends and family. Two thumbs up!

I have reached out to a few roofing companies to get quotes. When I Wayne Gonzalez Roofing Co., Steven came. Just by his presence, I knew before he even gave me a quote that I would go with Wayne Gonzalez Roofing Co. The welcoming was so unique. As a woman shopping for a roof, sometimes other companies were condescending. Someone recommended them to me. The moment I spoke with Steven, I knew that I was going with that company. He was so pleasant and professional. My overall choice was none other than Wayne Gonzalez Roofing Co. When Steven came, he actually got on the roof and looked at it. Another company told me that if I did not make a decision immediately, I would not get the deal. That is a sales tactic from the 1970's. Other companies just walked around the property. They did not look at the roof.
