I hired Weather Tight over local roofing companies because I wanted the best and was willing to pay more for their service. As it turned out, I payed for a subcontracted local roofing crew not Weather Tight employees. As far as I can tell, the local crew did a good job which means I could have saved about $10,000 and hired them from the beginning.

The gutter installation crew was exceptional. They took care of some minor repairs where the attached old gutter had left a hole in the siding. Very professional and finished ahead of schedule.

They were very professional. There was a lot of them. I couldn't believe how fast they took the old roof off and put the new one on. They all worked together, and knew their jobs. They all had their job to do and worked together perfectly! There was always someone there working. They didn't stop until it was done. I haven't ever seen such an organized or professional work crew. They had excellent communication with each other. There was never a mess on the ground while they were working. They did a great job cleaning up when they were done. I didn't find and debris in the yard after they left. It was refreshing to watch them work! I would highly recommend the crew!

Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. From the salesperson(s) to the front office to the work crew, everyone was exceptionally thorough, professional and hard-working to ensure we were happy with the outcome. We're very pleased and very happy that we selected Weather Tight.

Weather Tight was easy to work with from the initial meeting through the installation. Our sales rep was honest and thorough and the main office communicated the status of our project throughout. The installation of our roof was completed on the day scheduled and the dumpster and extra materials were removed the following day.

Weather Tight corrected everything correctly, efficiently and I am pleased with the outcome. The owner got a hold of me and was apologetic. He said that his company should do better then what they did, and he resolved the problem they had for a better future.

The experience was not what I was promised and expected. A less than professional crew showed up the first two days...crew attitude, workmanship, as well as damage to property was so bad that I refused to allow that crew continue on my property. A second crew was dispatched to the site. The shady tactics of the salesperson,the terrible first crew, the condescending attitude of a Weather Tight Corporation 'manager? (Mike)', as well as the obvious lack of communication as to what crew would do certain installations, I am far from happy with this job...especially for the total cost of the project. I was told that the job should take about 3 days...it took almost 4 weeks.

When I called for a maintenance check,I did not receive a call back again for over a month.Ice was forming on the inside panels by the electrical switches,the patio panels are supposed to be thermapane-this should not ever had happened.
