*Sigh* where to start? Jim was our rep. From the bait and switch with the pricing, with the lack of communication once the deposit as taken, the extensive damage that was done to the property itself, and the absolute lack of responsibility Jim took for his missteps, I would be hard-pressed ever to suggest WMR to a friend. An enemy?? Yes...

My dad praised WMR for a job they did over 30 years ago, so to me there was no other option. I’m so glad I chose them.

West Michigan Roofing and Construction installed my new roof 4 months ago. They had to come back last week to repair a leak. Ryan was the installer who came out to do the repair and he arrived on time and was very cordial. He explained what he thought the issue was and how he was going to fix it and then went about his work.

They did excellent work.

The gentleman who did the roofing were GREAT. but when it came to get some information about the skylights that were installed that was a different story. The lack of skylight information was very unprofessional.

Areas Of Satisfaction - We have had a moisture problem in our house for over 30 years. This winter has been the best winter we have experienced. Normally we run dehumidifiers to keep the moisture down. This past winter we didn't need to run them. Our house has been at a comfortable humidity level. Our house is breathing so much better than it ever has thanks to the vents that were installed.

They were quick to schedule an initial consultation and then, when a crew was delayed on another job, got to mine a good week or 10 days before I was scheduled. Once they started, they were in and out so quickly, I barely noticed the work was going on. They also called during the process to keep me appraised of progress and a couple times after the work was done to make sure I was satisfied.

We had a problem where one of the subcontractors inadvertently broke part of the concrete in our driveway and walk. Tony stuck with us on that until the damage was repaired and we were reimbursed for the cost. Good job, Tony!
