We had a fantastic first encounter with West Quality when we resided, added insulation, and replaced the windows on the north and west sides of our home in early 2022. Our second job in the fall of 2023 with them fell well below the standard they had set on the first job. The front door was installed incorrectly and had to be redone. The request was to complete the house using the same materials and finish however vinyl windows were ordered and used instead of aluminum clad. Basement casements were unfinished mdf instead of melamine covered like the first job and also had to be replaced. Luckily I was on site and watching to prevent other errors such as mounting the new windows to far in or out to match the thicker walls resulting from more insulation.

Overall the fit and finish was not nearly as good as the work done in 2022.

There were aspects of the project with West Quality that went quite well but overall I would struggle to recommend West Quality for a job unless they could guarantee that a high quality crew would be doing the work with a much higher level of oversight / project management. I had a good level of trust in the company ownership / management but not in those doing the onsite work.

I'm not sure if West Quality was operating over-capacity or has expanded the scope of service offerings too much but our project seemed a bit beyond their capability at the time this work was completed.

I am not recommending West Quality Construction. The material used were not matched. I purchased top quality, but I got the basic minimum. The roofers were not qualified, and I had them back a few times. They sent another crew to fix our roof.

I would recommend West Quality as the were very competitively priced. Always followed up with us and were easy to contact. The on site installers were excellent and gave us some tips for finishing and also helped with information.

They did excellent work. They showed up on time and communicated proactively.

Very professional organization to deal with start to finish, Kino and Francois were great and helped with the design choices and we are very pleased with the results. The quality of the Hardie plank siding is immediately evident and we now have a very custom look on our house.

We had attic ventilation issue resulting in ice dam's forming on north side of our house. We did the R-50 attic insulation upgrade, added intake and and exhaust vents and new continous aluminum vented soffit to replace my wood soffit as recommended by Francois.
