Westchase Roofing provided a quality roofing system, addressed all of my needs and concerns, were timely, met all of their commitments, cleaned the work site daily, and provided quality craftsmanship. For the pricing, compared to other roofing companies in the area, hands down I received more value from Westchase Roofing. They practically took care of all the HOA paperwork. All I had to do was sign and deliver it. As a part of the new roofing system, a solar powered attic fan was included. In addition to all the warranties, both on craftsmanship and product, a wind mitigation inspection was included, which decreased my annual Homeowners Insurance premium by nearly 35%. Westchase Roofing was the best selection.

Several years ago I had a small leak in my son's bedroom. Westchase came out and repaired it right away. I did not need a new roof at that time, but I was impressed with the owner who came and repaired the leak. I made a note to call them when it came time to have the roof replaced. One of my valleys was overlapped in the wrong direction with the peel and stick. I dont know if the other 3 are done wrong as well!!!! The salesman Lenny Gonzalez was supposed to give me the names of two soffit company's after the roof work was finished. I call him twice and he never call me back. Sure use my review if you like.

While Lenny, my sales rep., was measuring my roof I was reading the literature that he gave me about what materials they offered for the roof, and wondering what the upcharges would be, as I wanted the best quality roof available. None of the other roofing quotes that I got showed the level of quality that Westchase was showing and, although I didn't want to pay a lot I knew I had to ask about. Lenny finished measuring and came into the house with a quote and to give my wife and me a PowerPoint presentation on how they install a roof. He showed us all the 'extras' that I wanted and I kept asking 'how much' and he kept saying 'it's included'. I got quotes from 4 other roofers, none offered what Westcoast did, none were as professional as Lenny Gonzales was, and the Westchase quote was in the middle of the pack.
