I was visiting my son when John LaGreca came to discuss their roofing problems. I asked a few questions and was impressed enough to schedule that same day. I was glad to sign up to replace my 20 year old roof. As it turned out… They finished my roof two days before Hurricane Helene and then we faced Hurricane Milton. The roof held strong. What more could I say.
Marc Taylor kept me informed on the progress and reassuring me that it would be done. He was wonderful.

The roofing job was excellent; they did the entire project in one day. They showed up at 7 AM and didn't leave until 7 PM. The job looks beautiful. There was some finishing work that needed replacing. I had to go around afterwards and caulk up some holes and cracks that I feel they should have taken care of when they did the job.

They need to pay to attention to their female homeowners. There were two incidents where I told them not to use my damaged side gate, and both times they ignored my instructions completely. I didn't want the gate to be further damaged, but they ignored me.

The entire process went extremely smooth. The representative, David Torres, was great. He helped explain the process, the materials, and recommend the color. We are very happy with it, and I would definitely recommend them.

Westfall Roofing provided good service. They were professional, on time, and did everything they promised they would do.

Overall, it turned out good at the end of the job, but there were many hurdles many callbacks, and poor communication, I dealt with many different people and it was never the same person.

We had 7 companies that we carefully screened to give us bids and while we felt they were all well qualified, Westfall Roofing was head and shoulders above the others. Westfall was not the low bid but stood out in our analysis of all of the bids!

We recommended Westfall to our neighbor who of course could see the work on our house. They had Brian come out and decided on Westfall also. Their new roof was just finished the other day. They selected different color shingles than ours, but they look just right on their house. We are both satisfied with our outcomes.

The Westfall roofing team had my roof stripped, and covered with new shingles in 3 long hard days. They did a splendid job cleaning the yard of material and nails each night belore leaving.

The crew were punctual and respectful. No trash was left behind. The office staff were very professional, organized and real helpful with the documents I needed for the state. The entire driveway was covered with plywood sheets the night before to protect the newly installed driveway from the weight of the delivery truck. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend.!

David Torres, my project manager, was extremely helpful and thorough. He did a great job sitting down with me; being transparent and honest. I didn't feel like it was a sales pitch like other companies. It was more about him sharing the facts and details about the products and different types out there. He tried to educate me on the process and what would best fit my needs.

We had our new roof put on in February 2024. From beginning to end we were impressed with Cameron who came to give us the estimate. Many Pictures taken of roof, vents in attic and explained the different items he saw.
The roof took a day and half to complete. Everything was cleaned up, nothing left behind.
We got 4 estimates and Westfalls price, warranty, and the few “extras” that other companies didn’t offer is what sold us.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for repair or new roof.
